The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 7, under the leadership of ๐…๐‚๐’๐”๐๐“ ๐…๐‘๐„๐ƒ ๐‹๐ˆ๐๐€๐™๐€๐ ๐“๐‘๐€๐‰๐„๐‘๐€๐’ ๐‰๐‘, ๐ƒ๐’๐‚,Regional Director, and ๐…๐’๐”๐๐“ ๐€๐‘๐‘๐€ ๐ ๐€๐‹๐๐€๐‰๐€๐‘๐Ž, ๐——๐—ฆ๐—–, Cebu Provincial Fire Marshal, through the personnel of Madridejos Fire Station headed by SFO4 Renato C Veliganio, Officer-In-Charge, joined all government agencies and offices in the celebration of the 128th Philippine Independence Day.

This meaningful occasion brought together various government units, including the Local Government Unit (LGU), Department of Education (DepEd), and other national government agencies, in honoring the courage, patriotism, and sacrifices of our Filipino heroes who fought for the nation's freedom and sovereignty.

As we commemorate this historic event, Madridejos Fire Station also reminds everyone of the importance of fire safety and preparedness. The Holy Eucharistic Celebration was solemnly held at Bantayan Fire Station and presided over by ๐‘๐„๐• ๐…๐‘ (๐…๐’๐’๐”๐๐“) ๐‘๐š๐ง๐๐ฒ ๐‚ ๐๐š๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐จ, ๐“โ€™๐Ž๐‚๐€๐‘๐Œ, ๐ƒ๐’๐‚, Chief Chaplain of the Bureau of Fire Protection, during his pastoral visit.

The activity formed part of the Moral and Spiritual Enhancement Program, which aims to strengthen the spiritual well-being, unity, and moral values of BFP personnel through faith-centered activities and fellowship.

The Holy Mass was organized and facilitated by the Chaplain Services Unit of Bureau of Fire Protection Region VII and attended by SFO4 Renato C Veliganio together with the personnel of Madridejos Fire Station; SFO4 Elmer A Tarega and personnel of Bantayan Fire Station; as well as the personnel of Santa Fe Fire Station headed by SFO4 Justo B Fernandez
