📍 Venue: Madridejos Cultural Center

✅ SEPTEMBER 10, 2026 — Schedule for Barangay Bunakan (along with Maalat, Poblacion, Tabagak, Talangnan, Tarong, and Tugas)

📋 REQUIREMENTS:
If the Senior Citizen claims personally:

- ✅ OSCA ID
- ✅ 2 Photocopies of OSCA ID with 3 specimen signatures

If claiming through an Authorized Representative:

- ✅ Letter of Authority (1 original + 1 photocopy)
- ✅ 2 Photocopies of Senior’s OSCA ID + Original ID
- ✅ 2 Photocopies + Original ID of the representative

In case of death of the beneficiary:

- ✅ Certification from MSWDO/OSCA Head
- ✅ Warranty Release from Liability
- ✅ Certified True Copy of Death Certificate from LCR
- ✅ Valid ID of authorized representative

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Use BLUE BALLPEN ONLY for all forms!

💡 For seniors who are sick, bedridden, frail, or have difficulty traveling — you may authorize a representative to claim on your behalf. Please bring all required documents.

Barangay Bunakan successfully conducted the IDADAIT (Information Dissemination Against Drug Abuse, Addiction, and Illicit Trafficking) and Drug-Free Workplace Orientation for all Barangay Employees.

This activity reflects our commitment to promoting a safe, healthy, and drug-free workplace while strengthening awareness and encouraging every employee to become an advocate in the fight against illegal drugs.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the participants for their active participation and cooperation. Our sincere appreciation also goes to our MADAC Focal Person Ma'am Genepher Pecante for the dedication and support in organizing this meaningful activity. Special thanks to PNP personnel of Madridejos Municipal Police Station, under direct supervision of PCPT JEC ABADILLA SEARES for sharing valuable knowledge and inspiring everyone to work together in building a drug-free community.

🦟 OPLAN KULOB 2026 | Dengue Prevention Month🦟

Barangay Bunakan successfully conducted OPLAN KULOB/Dengue Prevention Month.

Dako among pasalamat sa atong mga Barangay Officials Headed by our Punong Barangay Hon. Basilio S. Ducay, sa atong kugihan nga Barangay Nutrition Scholar (BNS) ug sa tanang Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) nga naghatag sa ilang oras ug paningkamot aron mapadayon ang kalimpyo ug kahimsog sa atong komunidad.

Pinaagi sa atong panaghiusa, makatabang kita sa pagpugong sa pagdaghan sa lamok ug paglikay sa dengue. Padayon kita sa pag-obserbar sa 4Ts: Taob, Taktak, Tuyo ug Takip aron mapanalipdan ang atong pamilya ug komunidad.
