𝟎𝟏 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 │ 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐠 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲

𝐁𝐅𝐏 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 personnel, through the active leadership of 𝐒𝐅𝐎𝟒 𝐉𝐨𝐚𝐬 𝐁 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐠, 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞, Hosted the Traditional Monday Flag raising ceremony followed by convocation at Maddela LGU grounds and Turn over of incoming and outgoing duty personnel.

The ceremonial raising of the flag during this time serves as a powerful reminder of the sacrifices of the country's heroes, a display of national unity and sovereignty, and a call for government workers and citizens to renew their commitment to public service and the nation.

On 26 1200H May 2026, the 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 (𝗘𝗠𝗦) Team of 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, headed by 𝐒𝐅𝐎𝟒 𝐉𝐨𝐚𝐬 𝐁 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐠, 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒓-𝑰𝒏-𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒈𝒆, under the supervision of 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐑𝐀𝐃 𝐈𝐀𝐍 𝐕 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐘𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐍, 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒆 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒍, swiftly responded to a reported vehicular accident involving a single motorcycle and a motorized cargo tricycle (𝒌𝒖𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈-𝒌𝒖𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈) along the National Road in Santa Maria, Maddela, Quirino.
Upon arrival, the EMS team immediately conducted a scene assessment and administered essential first aid to the victim. The injured party was then quickly transported to Quirino Provincial Medical Center for further medical evaluation and treatment.

This prompt, coordinated response shows a strong commitment to public safety and a readiness to act decisively during emergencies.

The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 2 joins the Muslim community in the observance of Eid al-Adha, a sacred occasion that reflects faith, sacrifice, gratitude, and compassion. May this celebration bring peace, strength, and abundant blessings to every family and community.

Under the leadership of 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐀𝐠𝐛𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐨, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, the Bureau of Fire Protection Region 2 extends its warm greetings to our Muslim brothers and sisters as they commemorate this meaningful feast.

𝐁𝐅𝐏 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 personnel, through the active leadership of 𝐒𝐅𝐎𝟒 𝐉𝐨𝐚𝐬 𝐁 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐠, 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞, conducted a one-day 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒆 𝑺𝒂𝒇𝒆𝒕𝒚 𝑳𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑫𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒍 for the Quirino State University Maddela Campus Staff Disaster Control Group composed of thirty (30) participants at Quirino State University Maddela Campus, Dipintin, Maddela, Quirino.

The activity aims to enhance the preparedness and emergency response capability of the Disaster Control Group through lecture-discussions and actual simulation exercises.
