𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐲 𝐀. 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠, Barangay Secretary and a Barangay Population Worker from Poblacion Sur was awarded the esteemed "𝐑𝐚𝐟𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐌. 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐬 𝐊𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐨 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝- 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲". He was accompanied by the Municipal Vice Mayor, Hon. Joel B. Badongen, Hon. Juanita G. Tiano, Barangay Captain of Poblacion Sur, Hon. Salvacion Sitchon, Barangay Kagawad and the Provincial and Municipal Population staff headed by Mr. Froilan B. Herrera,PPO IV and Ms. Rona S. Colendrino,PPO III. The awarding was held at the NGN Gran Hotel, Tuguegarao City last July 12, 2023.

The Local Youth Development Office of Maddela, with the support of the Department of Health Region 02 and LGU Maddela, presents to you the 𝗔𝗟𝗣𝗔𝗦 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲, a competition for 16 to 30-year old Quirinian fashion designers! 🪡👗

Alpas means "to become free", and we believe that fashion is a creative means to break loose from pressing dilemmas that affect the youth and the community. 𝘉𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘬𝘰𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘥, 𝘬𝘢𝘺𝘢 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘱𝘢𝘴 𝘮𝘶𝘭𝘢 𝘴𝘢 𝘮𝘨𝘢 𝘴𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘵 𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘭𝘪𝘱𝘶𝘯𝘢𝘯.
