Last Monday, the PSA started its week-long Census on Population and Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Municipal Level Training participated by enumerators , team supervisors and area coordinators for the Municipalities of Mabuhay and Talusan.
The training is held at SIVAMCO Building.

Productive 1st day of July!!
Kick-Off ceremony for the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Month Celebration through a Fun Run for Kalasag.

At around 5:30 in the morning, participants from different agencies: LGU Mabuhay, Men in Uniform, Reservists, volunteers and other stakeholders gathered at Malinao Covered Court to gear up for the Fun Run for Kalasag going to LGU grounds (Oval Track) , afterwards the participants also participated in the Zumba Dance.
To commence the activity, winners for 3km and 5km Runners was awarded.

Such a rainy morning "Fun Run"!!!

These organizations is committed to work for the benefit of the coastal communities. As an island Municipality and a coastal community, we have pledge to commit ourselves to ensure the protection of the rights of every fisherfolks and their livelihood sustainability, and so as protection of our fishery resources and coastal management.

To the Graduates and Completers of Batch 2023-2024, my warmest Congratulations! This momentous event marks the start of your journey towards another milestone in your life.
Kudos! to the all ever supportive dear parents and guardians. to the dear teachers who continuously guided these young ones, and tirelessly molding and teaching them to be better and to be the best that they can be.
I may not be physically present during your Graduation and Moving Up Day, but my heart is at happiest looking at the pictures of happy faces of graduates, parents and teachers. My heart is Full.

As part of our earnest urge to be declared as a Drug-Free Municipality, and to be able to declare the six remaining uncleared barangays as "Drug Cleared Barangays", we have invited personnel from Philippines Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), for the conduct the 2-Day Training for Barangay Drug Clearing Program and Advocacy last April 22-23, 2024. Kaning programa gitambungan sa atoang mga Punong Barangays, Barangay Secretaries ug Barangay Kagawad Committee Chair on Peace and Order.
Dakong pasalamat sa atoang MLGOO Ju Wackem Autida, Cief of Police and PNP Personnel sa Mabuhay MPS, ug sa uban pang mga personahe nga nagpaluyo nga mamahimong magmalampuson ang maong training.
