On the said date and time, the duty Field Training Officer (FTO), PCMS Adora D. Aquino, together with the HSS Newly Appointed Police Non-Commissioned Officers (NAPNCOs) undergoing the Field Training Program (FTP), attended the Sunday Mass at St. Francis of Paola Parish Church, Brgy. Poblacion, Mabini, Batangas.

The activity was conducted as part of the Pugay Bathala program to strengthen the spiritual well-being, moral values, and ethical foundation of the NAPNCOs while fostering discipline, integrity, and commitment to public service.

SATURDAY RANK INSPECTION

On Saturday, July 18, 2026, at about 9:00 AM onwards, the duty Field Training Officer (FTO), PCMS Adora D Aquino, conducted the Saturday Rank Inspection of the Newly Appointed Police Non-Commissioned Officers (NAPNCOs) undergoing the Field Training Program (FTP) at Mabini Municipal Police Station (MPS).

On Friday, July 17, 2026, at about 2:00 PM onwards, the HSS Newly Appointed Police Non-Commissioned Officers (NAPNCOs) of Mabini Municipal Police Station (MPS), who are currently undergoing the Field Training Program (FTP), conducted Police Visibility operations within their respective areas of responsibility, under the supervision of the duty Field Training Officer (FTO), PCMS Adora D Aquino.

The activity aimed to enhance police presence, deter the commission of crimes, maintain peace and order, strengthen public safety and security, and foster positive police-community relations through increased visibility and interaction with the public. During the conduct of the activity, the NAPNCOs remained vigilant and continuously monitored their respective areas of responsibility. The operation was conducted successfully, and no untoward incident was reported.

On Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at about 8:00 AM onwards, the Newly Appointed Police Non-Commissioned Officers (NAPNCOs) undergoing the Field Training Program (FTP), conducted Police Visibility and Foot Patrol operations at Brgy. Poblacion, Mabini, Batangas under the supervision of the duty Field Training Officer (FTO), PCMS Adora D Aquino.

During the conduct of the activity, the NAPNCOs assisted an elderly resident in carrying groceries. Although a simple act, it demonstrated the personnel's commitment to community service, compassion, and genuine concern for the welfare of the public. The activity strengthened police-community relations, and enhanced public trust and confidence through responsive and community-oriented policing.
