Pursuant with the Memorandum Circluar No.114 issued by the office of the President, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) shall implement a four (4)-day onsite work arrangement with one (1) remote work day in accordance with Civil Service Commission rules.

Under this arrangement, employees shall report onsite from Monday to Thursday, while Friday shall be designated as work-from-home. The official working hours shall remain from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for both onsite and remote work.

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) strongly condemns the shooting of acting Airport Manager of Puerto Princesa International Airport on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.
CAAP expresses grave concern over this senseless act of violence and calls on the appropriate authorities to conduct a thorough and expeditious investigation to ensure that those responsible are held accountable under the law.
The Authority, led by LtGen Raul L Del Rosario AFP (Ret), is with her loved ones in thought and prayer during this critical time. CAAP trusts that law enforcement authorities will pursue this case with urgency and ensure that justice is served.
The Authority is closely coordinating with local law enforcement agencies and stands ready to extend full cooperation in support of the ongoing investigation.

With every plate served and every smile exchanged, they hoped to spread warmth, joy, and a sense of togetherness—reminding everyone that the true magic of the season lies in giving and caring for one another.

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) Area Center III successfully conducted its Year-End Management Conference from December 15 to 17, 2025, at the Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort in Clark, Pampanga, led by Civil Aviation Area Manager Glenn D. Tripulca.

The conference served as an important platform for airports within Area Center III to present comprehensive updates on their operational performance, security initiatives, and key developments since the previous management meeting. Participating airports also shared progress reports on ongoing and proposed infrastructure projects designed to improve operational efficiency, enhance safety measures, and expand airport capacity.

Moreover, the management conducted an in-depth review of safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and best practices to ensure the continued safe, secure, and efficient operation of all airports under the Area Center’s jurisdiction. These discussions reaffirmed CAAP’s steadfast commitment to upholding the highest standards of aviation safety and service excellence while effectively addressing the needs of passengers, airline partners, regulatory agencies, and the communities it serves.

2025 Kick-Off Activity for the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW)

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) Area Center III formally launched its 2025 observance of the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW) through a kick-off activity held on 25 November 2025 at 8:00 AM. The event emphasized CAAP’s commitment to promoting a safe, gender-sensitive, and VAW-free workplace and society.

The program opened with an Opening Prayer followed by the singing of the National Anthem.

A key highlight of the event was the Reading of the Kick-Off Message, delivered by Ms. Milarosa M. Galit, Budget Officer III and Chairperson of the AC3 GAD TWG on Policies, Planning, and Enabling Mechanism. This message underscored the importance of institutional support and collective action in eliminating all forms of violence against women.

Participants then recited the Pledge of Commitment for a VAW-Free Philippines, reaffirming the organization’s dedication to advocacy and awareness.

"As public servants, we are entrusted not only with the safe and efficient operations of our airports, but also with the responsibility of fostering a workplace and community grounded in respect, dignity, and protection for all. Violence against women, in any form, has no place in a society that aspires for genuine progress. It has no place in CAAP, and it certainly has no place in Area Center III."

This Message of the Civil Aviation Area Manager, Mr. Glenn D. Tripulca, further strengthened the call for continuous engagement and the promotion of gender equality within the aviation community.

Dahil sa banta ng matinding ulan at hanging dala ng Bagyong , suspendido ang trabaho sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa NCR, CAR, at Regions I, II, III, IV-A, IV-B, V, at VIII bukas, Nobyembre 10, 2025.

Suspendido rin ang klase sa lahat ng antas sa mga nabanggit na rehiyon, pati na rin sa Region VI, Region VII, at Negros Island Region sa Nobyembre 10 at 11, 2025.

Maaaring magdeklara ng suspensyon ang ibang LGU, at mananatiling bukas ang mga ahensyang responsable sa essential services.

Mag-ingat po tayo at sumubaybay sa mga opisyal na anunsyo ng DOST-PAGASA at ng inyong mga lokal na pamahalaan.
