𝗦𝗞 𝗙𝗘𝗗 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝟭𝗦𝗧 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Mabalacat City held its 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 this 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, at 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝗽𝗱𝗮𝗽 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗠𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮 to tackle vital agenda for the succeeding years of the administration.

The meeting was attended by 5 among the 7 officers of the federation.

Agenda of the meeting are as follows:
• Annual Federation Contribution/Dues 2026;
• Utilization of Federation Funds for CY 2026;
• Review of Inactive/Non-functional Federation Officers and SK Vacancies; and
• 2026 YOUTH-CHECK and Year-End Assessment

Attached is a copy of the Session Record of the aforementioned meeting.

As the highest governing-body of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Mabalacat City, we believe that these steps are important to maintaining the direct path of the Sangguniang Kabataan in the city, and plan the upcoming events of the federation.

The Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Mabalacat City held its 3rd Quarterly Meeting for 2026 this September 23, 2026, Wednesday, 9:00 A.M., at Hacienda Gracia Resort and Hotel, Lubao, Pampanga. The session was attended by 14 out of 27 SK Chairpersons of Mabalacat City, and 4 representatives from their respective councils.

Aside from the SK Federation, this quarter's meeting, was also attended by Mabalacat City Youth Development Council (MCYDC), and Registered Youth-Serving Organizations.

This meeting aims to abide by the function of the SK Federation, which is to conduct quarterly meetings, often facilitated by the City Youth Development Office (CYDO) and DILG, to discuss accomplishments, the Local Youth Development Plan (LYDP), and upcoming summits.

The agenda for the meeting are as follows:
• Presentation of Monitoring and Evaluation of 3rd Quarter MCYDP 2026 and Upcoming Programs, Projects, and Activities;
• YOUTH-Check; and
• Introduction to Social Protection Program for Adolescent Mothers (SPPAMC)

𝗦𝗞 𝗝𝗔𝗬𝗗𝗘𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗞𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗔 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗦𝗨𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗧

Sangguniang Kabataan Federation Vice President 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗝𝗮𝘆𝗱𝗲𝗲 𝗗. 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗼𝗻 will serve as a Youth Ambassador representing Mabalacat City and the Philippines for 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 (𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗦𝗦) 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 this 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟭-𝟭𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 in 𝗦𝗲𝗼𝘂𝗹, 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮.

Layson is among the 𝟱𝟬 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 who qualified to join the summit that are chosen from 𝟭𝟱 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 around the world.

In addition, to recognize the contribution and leadership potential of SK Jaydee, he will be honored to receive 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 in the said event.

According to Global Goals Youth, SKISS is a prestigious initiative held in Seoul, South Korea, combining an international summit with hands-on learning opportunities. Designed to empower Asian youth, the program focuses on leadership development, academic enrichment, and cultural understanding, organized by Global Goals Summit and Studec International supporting the Sustainable Development Goals.

From Mabalacat City to the South Korean stage for an international summit, we are proud to be represented by a youth ambassador who is a true representation of youth leadership.

The Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Mabalacat City held its 2nd Quarterly Meeting for 2026 this June 24, 2026, Wednesday, 1:00 P.M., at City Mayor’s Office, Mabalacat City, Pampanga. The session was attended by 20 out of 27 SK Chairpersons of Mabalacat City.

This meeting aims to abide by the function of the SK Federation, which is to conduct quarterly meetings, often facilitated by the City Youth Development Office (CYDO) and DILG, to discuss accomplishments, the Local Youth Development Plan (LYDP), and upcoming summits.

The agenda for the meeting are as follows:
• Guidelines on the Issuance of Certificates of Good Standing for SK Officials
• Proposed Schedule of SK Monitoring and Evaluation
• Preparations for the International Youth Day 2026 Celebration
