𝐒𝐊 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

The Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Mabalacat City held its 1st Quarterly Meeting for 2026 this March 31, 2026, Tuesday, 8:00 A.M., at City Mayor’s Office, Mabalacat City, Pampanga. The session was attended by 24 out of 27 SK Chairpersons of Mabalacat City.

This meeting aims to abide by the function of the SK Federation, which is to conduct quarterly meetings, often facilitated by the City Youth Development Office (CYDO) and DILG, to discuss accomplishments, the Local Youth Development Plan (LYDP), and upcoming summits.

As 2025 comes to a close, the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairpersons of Mabalacat City gathered to share their wishes for 2026.

After a year of breakthroughs for our youth leaders, let us reflect and embrace the coming year with an abundance of joy, blessings, and strength to continue leading our constituents.

As the final year of our administration begins, we remain committed to finishing strong and further amplifying the voices of the youth in our respective barangays.

Local Youth Development Office and the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Echague, Isabela visit Mabalacat City for their activity titled 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬: 𝐄𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩, a three-day activity, which will be held from December 11-13, 2025.

Representing the Youth Leaders of Echague, Isabela, we are with the 𝟰𝟯 𝗦𝗞 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 from the city of Echague along with their SK Federation President 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗟𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗱 𝗝𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗧. 𝗚𝗮𝗳𝗳𝘂𝗱, Local Youth Development Officer 𝗞𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱𝘆 𝗝. 𝗦𝗮𝗲𝘁, Executive Assistant for Youth Affairs and Tourism 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗶𝗲 𝗖. 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗶, and Acting Director USTGS-CCCPET 𝗕𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮.

To warmly welcome our guests, City Councilor 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗮, Mabalacat City’s OIC for City Youth Development Office (CYDO), 𝗠𝘀. 𝗟𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗹 𝗢. 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝘂𝘆𝘂𝘁, SK Federation Vice President 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗝𝗮𝘆𝗱𝗲𝗲 𝗗. 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗼𝗻, SK Federation Acting Treasurer 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗶𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘆 𝗖. 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘀, and Tourism Officer 𝗠𝗿. 𝗔𝗿𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘁 gladly accommodate our guests through a small gathering, sharing experiences, and best practices that we have.

Our visitors are currently staying at The Glory Hotel, Clark, Mabalacat City, Pampanga. Quoting their goals, “This program highlights the shared commitment of these institutions to empower young Echagueños to preserve and promote cultural heritage for future generations.” In line with their purpose, the youth leaders of Mabalacat City are also delighted to learn and explore various practices that they have and collaborate, enriching both our cultures.

𝗜𝗧’𝗦 𝗔 𝗪𝗥𝗔𝗣 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗕 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

The commencement rites of ALAB 2025 or the 2025 Sangguniang Kabataan Island-wide Convention, which simultaneously happened across three locations; Pangasinan, Iloilo, aand Zamboanga finally concluded this November 27, 2025 at Alaminos City, Pangasinan.

Our delegates namely, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐋𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐥 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐲𝐮𝐭, the OIC of City Youth Development Office, Mabalacat City, along with our SK Federation Vice President, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐉𝐚𝐲𝐝𝐞𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐨𝐧, joined by the SK Chairpersons from different barangays in Mabalacat City 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐋𝐨𝐮𝐢𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐲 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐬 of Barangay Atlu-Bola, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐚 of Barangay Poblacion, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐧 of Barangay Bical, and 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐋𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐚 of Barangay Paralayunan, has successfully completed and participated in thr 3-day convention organized by the National Youth Commission.

Activities incorporated on the fun and full of learning seminar include discussions on:

- 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗞 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹
- 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗬𝗗𝗖 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗬𝗗𝗣

These topics are focused on strengthening the functions of the Sangguniang Kabataan and Local Youth Development Offices that we can apply in our city.

The attendance and representation of our city would also not be possible without the collective efforts of our Local Government Units in Mabalacat City. We would like to thank our City Mayor 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐝 𝐆𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞 “𝐆𝐞𝐥𝐝” 𝐀𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐨, City Vice Mayor 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐬 “𝐉𝐮𝐧” 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨 𝐉𝐫., and City Administrator 𝐌𝐬. 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐨.

Purposively, our delegates from our city gathered plenty of experiences and knowledge that they can bring and adapt in our local communities in Mabalacat. May we continue to expand our horizons, expose our youth to various experiences, and support them in developing empowered youths of our society.

The ALAB 2025 continues as our delegates celebrate with other young leaders from across Luzon on the Solidarity Night where festivity of cultural differences unite.

This is a great avenue for us to establish connections, deepen one’s understanding of other cultures, and integrating the platform to lead.

Mabalacat City delegates for the National Youth Commission’s ALAB: SK Island-wide Convention 2025 (Luzon) safely arrived at the venue at Proxy Hotel, Alaminos City, Pangasinan this November 25, 2025.

Our delegates are warmly welcomed by the staffs, leaders from different regions in the Philippines, and the City Mayor of Alaminos City, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐁𝐫𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐂. 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞.

As part of the Provincial Youth Congress 2025 held today, 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, at 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿, 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮, the Sangguniang Kabataan Councils of Mabalacat City proudly waved their flags during the Y𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗮 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 (𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛-𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞) 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 awarding ceremony.
