On 27 February 2026, the 420th Supply Wing successfully conducted the Provider’s Cup: Shoot Fest 2026 at the OSA Firing Range, Clark Air Base, Mabalacat City, Pampanga. The activity formed part of the pre-anniversary events in celebration of the Wing’s 47th Founding Anniversary.
The event was spearheaded by the Wing Commander, 420th Supply Wing, BGEN RONNIE C CABINGAS PAF and was graced by the presence of the Commander, Air Logistics Command, MGEN DENNIS G ESTRELLA PAF, whose attendance underscored the significance of fostering operational discipline, responsible marksmanship, and strengthened unit cohesion within the logistics community.
The Team Relay Competition for Organic Personnel featured three (3) dynamic stages designed to test speed, accuracy, coordination, and teamwork under pressure. Each team was composed of an Officer, a Non-Commissioned Officer, a Lower Four Enlisted Personnel, a Lady Shooter, and an Open Rank member—intentionally structured to promote inclusivity, unity, and collaboration across all ranks within the Wing. The winning team will be formally recognized and awarded during the upcoming Provider’s Night.
The competition was further strengthened by the participation of shooting teams from OA-4, Air Logistics Command and its Sub-Units, the 410th Maintenance Wing, and the Air Force Research and Development Center (AFRDC). One of the highlights of the event was the 7-Man Team vs. Team Match, where Team 420SW emerged victorious after an intense and closely contested head-to-head showdown.
During the activity, the Wing Commander reminded all participants of the 3 S’s of the Fun Shoot: Skill, Sports, and Safety. He emphasized that marksmanship is not merely about hitting the target, but about maintaining control, focus, and disciplined ex*****on with every round fired. The Safety and Range Officers likewise reinforced strict adherence to range protocols and unwavering muzzle discipline throughout the conduct of the activity.
More than a competitive event, the activity embodied the Wing’s commitment to transformation through people who are skilled, disciplined, and united—hallmarks of the 420th Supply Wing as it proudly celebrates 47 years of dedicated service, with precision defining the unit—on and off the range.
