Simbang Gabi is a Christmas custom in the Philippines. It is a series of nine dawn masses held in the days preceding Christmas. It begins on December 16 and finishes at midnight on December 24 with a midnight mass.

The Spanish friars started this tradition to allow farmers to hear mass before heading to the fields early in the morning. The masses can start as early as 4 a.m. Simbang Gabi is also known in Spanish as Misa de Gallo, or "Mass of the Rooster."

Today, the tradition of Simbang Gabi continues, whether you live in the city or the province, although it is celebrated in new ways. Most churches are decorated with colorful lights and beautiful parol lanterns to welcome the churchgoers, but let us not forget the essence of doing this, which is to celebrate the birthday of Jesus Christ.

This year's Simbang Gabi, the CABOLC and CABELPC ladies' Cub sponsored the 9th day of Misa de Gallo by providing an offertory and breakfast to all churchgoers. This modest gesture of appreciation is our way of saying thank you for the continuous blessings that our club has received, as well as to commemorate the pinnacle of Simbang Gabi, which is the birth of Jesus Christ.

This would not be possible without the assistance of our area advisers, CABEPLC adviser Mrs. Mary Jane T. Petinglay and CABOLC adviser Dr. Mary Joyce L. Malinit.

In collaboration with the Clark Air Base Enlisted Personnel Ladies Club (CABEPLC) and Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) of Air Force City Elementary School (AFCES) we from the CABEPLC were able to provide gifts for the students at AIR FORCE CITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL thru the Give a Gift program this Yuletide Season 2022.

We would like to thank Mrs. May Ann F Guiang for her generous donation and we truly appreciate your commitment to the students of AFCES.

THEME: "WALKING TOGETHER AS A SYNODAL CHURCH" FOR THE FEAST OF OUR LADY OF REMEDIES

This significant event for Marian's devotion and piety was hosted and prepared by our ladies of remedies.The Virgin of Remedies shines like a star resplendent with the elegance of brilliance in her gold and silver attire, a sign of hope and a remedy for a shattered world.

Established on their sincere devotion to the patron saint, it is a religious-cultural tradition that unites people and fosters a sense of belonging in the community.

The CABOLC, CABEPLC, and CABYC participate in the fiesta celebration of Our Lady of Remedies in Air Force City, offering sponsorship for the conducted holy mass and, as is customary, attending the procession and final benediction for the event.

The Fiesta liturgy and procession at AFC Housing were led by Base Chaplain Father Dennis S. Alingalan and the final phase is the community's blessing.

You empowered us with the power of knowledge, you motivated us with the best tutelage, and you helped us move on with limitless motivation as an adviser and a human being. Last October 23, 2022.The CABOLC, CABEPLC and CABYC prepared a Thanksgiving Party for our passionate and dedicated area adviser Mrs. Elena Amano as she steps forward for a new chapter of her life. The Clark Ladies Club will not be effective without your presence and leadership as you go to a new path of your life, we want you to remember that we are always and forever a family.

On October 27, 2022, the CABOLC, CABEPLC, The CAB Youth Club, and all PAF units of Clark Air Base held a Halloween Party with the theme "Children are great imitators," showcasing the various professions that they hope to pursue in the future and a variety of spooky outfits and cosplaying. There were many prizes to be won as well as sweets to taste and candies to share and these will undoubtedly put smiles on the faces of our children, and to make the celebration even more fascinating and entertaining, we held a booth competition for all PAF units to provide entertainment and highlight their units' creativity. We also provide free food and beverages to ensure that everyone will enjoy themselves. This event would not be possible without the leadership, support, and advice of our Senior Adviser, Ma'am Mary Grace Canlas, Area Adviser Judge Elena Amano, and Mrs. Christine Esteban.

We're where we are now because of you. We can't thank you enough for your contributions, advice, and mentoring. Despite the fact that we have been through difficult times, your vision and dedication have inspired us to continue giving our all.
We are ecstatic that you are our leader. You've blazed a trail for all women to follow. Thank you for being such a role model. We hope your retirement years are more enjoyable than your working years. It's difficult to say goodbye, but we know this isn't the last time we will see you. Your legacy will never be forgotten.
