Teacher-coaches convened for a Focus Group Discussion to go over the important schedules and reminders for the upcoming Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC) 2026. Concerns regarding the training of campus journalists were also addressed, along with the preparation of the official list of scribes for submission next week.

The productive discussion helped clarify responsibilities and identify the necessary steps for a smooth and organized campus journalism preparation. With strong collaboration and continued support from teacher-coaches, our young journalists will be better equipped and ready to showcase their skills in the upcoming competition.

FIRST DAY OF THE TERM 1 EXAMINATION | Santos Ventura Elementary School

After the temporary suspension of face to face classes due to inclement weather, Santos Ventura Elementary School welcomed learners back to school as they officially began the First Day of the Term 1 Examination. With renewed enthusiasm and determination, our learners returned to their classrooms, ready to demonstrate the knowledge and skills they have gained throughout the term. ✏️📖

The examination aims to assess learners’ mastery of the competencies covered during Term 1 and provide meaningful information on their learning progress. Teachers ensured that the assessment was conducted in an organized, fair, and supportive environment, giving every learner the opportunity to do their best. 💪🌟

The first day of the examination was successfully carried out, with learners actively participating and teachers facilitating the assessment with care and commitment. As SVES continues its pursuit of quality and inclusive education, the results will serve as a basis for identifying learners’ strengths and areas for improvement and for planning appropriate interventions moving forward. 🌱🏫

Santos Ventura Elementary School successfully conducted its Classroom-Based Celebration of Buwan ng Wika 2026 on August 27, 2026, two hours before dismissal.

Anchored on this year's theme, “Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng mga Impormasyon,” the celebration provided learners with meaningful opportunities to appreciate the Filipino language while exploring the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a tool for research and learning. 💡📖

Through engaging classroom activities, our learners showcased their creativity, knowledge, and appreciation of the Filipino language while discovering how technology can support their learning journey.
