The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation of Maasin City successfully convened its monthly meeting yesterday, April 15, 2026, at the Old SP Session Hall, 3rd Floor.
The meeting was led by Hon. Francis Cejalbo, PPSK President, in coordination with Mr. Ray John O. Hatayna, LYDO Officer III. Also present was CLGOO Maureen Evita S. Balili of the DILG Maasin City, who provided valuable technical assistance and guidance throughout the discussions.
The federation warmly welcomed representatives from the ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ป๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ผ๐น๐ผ๐ด๐ (๐๐๐๐ง) โ ๐ฆ๐ผ๐๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ, namely Ms. Diana E. Delima (Information Officer I), Ms. Matea Fretche G. Navora (Project Development Officer II), and Ms. Marian C. Go-Soco (Provincial Officer). They presented key initiatives including the PNPKI and ILCDB Project, as well as various DICT programs and services aimed at strengthening digital literacy, cybersecurity awareness, and technological empowerment among the youth.
In addition, ๐ ๐. ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐บ๐ฎ ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐น๐น๐ฎ, ๐๐ฌ๐๐, shared important updates and programs focused on Out-of-School Youth (OSY), highlighting inclusive approaches to youth engagement, skills development, and community participation.
The meeting served as an essential platform for SK officials to discuss updates on ongoing and upcoming programs, projects, and activities. It also reinforced stronger coordination, collaboration, and unity among youth leaders in implementing impactful initiatives that promote holistic youth development in the city.
