LIBRARY CLEARANCE SIGNING SCHEDULE | Please be informed that the schedule for library clearance signing has been posted. All students are advised to follow their designated clearance dates and observe the procedures below.

LIBRARY CLEARANCE SIGNING HOURS:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

HOW TO AVAIL OF THE SERVICE:
1. Present your clearance form at the Circulation and Reserves Counter.
2. Library staff will verify your name against the list of students with pending library accountabilities.
3. Once you have settled all library obligations, library staff will countersign your clearance form.
4. Proceed to the Head Librarian for final approval.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- Ensure that all borrowed library books are returned.
- Settle any outstanding library fines and other accountabilities before requesting clearance.
- Follow your designated schedule to avoid delays.

Please be guided accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation!

MASS MEDIA AWARDS | Saint Joseph College was awarded 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗲 during the 2nd Cebu Metropolitan Catholic Mass Media Awards held at the Cube Wing Atrium, SM Seaside City Cebu, on Sunday, October 4.

The institution recognizes the dedicated efforts of the SJC Integrated Media Center (IM) for their commitment to publicity and mass media in the digital space.

BREAKING NEWS | Saint Joseph College welcomes 52 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 to the roster of licensed professionals following the September 2026 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination.

The institution posted a 71.88% passing rate for first-time examinees and an overall performance of 59.09%.

LIBRARY NEWS HUB | We are pleased to announce the newly established SJC Graduate School Library, located on the 4th Floor of the New Graduate School Building.

Designed to support the academic and research needs of our Josephinians, the Graduate Library provides a dedicated space for reading, studying, research, and scholarly work.

This new facility marks another milestone in our continuing commitment to providing quality library services and meaningful learning spaces for the SJC community.
