LTOPF & Fi****ms Registration Caravan 2026

The Philippine National Police – License to Own & Possess Fi****ms (LTOPF) and Fi****ms Registration Caravan is coming to SM City Roxas on February 18–19, 2026.

This major event is proudly organized through the strong collaboration of:

✅ League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP) – Capiz Chapter, led by President Raymond D. Malapajo, RN
✅ Congressman Ivan Howard A. Guintu
✅ Atty. Judgee Earl Ross D. Del Castillo
✅ SM City Roxas

Through this partnership, we bring essential PNP-FEO services closer to the people of Capiz.

The agency can only accommodate 200 applicants for the Neuro-Psychiatric Examination on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the 200-slot limit is reached, applicants may still avail of the other available services during the caravan.

Ginpahayag ni SILG Jonvic Remulla nga ang mga proyekto nga nagikan sa pondo sang publiko, indi dapat nga gamiton sa personal nga promosyon sa mga politiko.

Join us for an exciting game of rapid chess!

The second edition of the Rapido de Ajedrez II, a rapid chess tournament for individuals from Capiz, promises to be even more thrilling with the participation of five chess masters from Roxas City and Capiz province.

Participants will be divided into two age categories: 15 and under and 16 and above, with a maximum of 64 players allowed in each group.

Each player will have a 15-minute timer plus a 3-second increment for every move made during the game.

REMEMBERING DR. JOSE P. RIZAL'S MARTYRDOM
"National Hero of the Philippines"

Every year, we commemorate December 30 as the anniversary of the death of our national hero in Bagumbayan in 1896. Through his works, ideals, and principles, he championed patriotism and freedom for the Filipino people, awakening our nation in the process.

Rizal Day is observed as a regular holiday throughout the country, in accordance with Republic Act No. 229.
