🇵🇭 HANDOG NG PANGULO 2026: SERBISYONG TAPAT PARA SA LAHAT

BM Ivy Dalumpines-Ballitoc joined the celebration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s 69th birthday through Handog ng Pangulo 2026: Serbisyong Tapat para sa Lahat, bringing essential government services closer to the people of Cotabato.

The caravan in partnership with the Provincial Government of Cotabato headed by Governor Emmylou “Lala” Taliño- Mendoza and Vice Governor Rochella Marie Taliño Taray delivered assistance and services on livelihood, scholarships, healthcare, social protection, agriculture, and employment through various national government agencies.

OPAPRU Secretary Mel Senen Sarmiento conveyed the President’s message of hope, resilience, and service to every Filipino.

Serbisyong may malasakit. Serbisyong may pagkakataon. Serbisyong sapat para sa lahat.

🥛🍲 NOURISHING OUR CHILDREN, BUILDING A HEALTHIER FUTURE

The Provincial Government of Cotabato, under the leadership of Governor Emmylou “Lala” Taliño-Mendoza, continues to strengthen its commitment to fighting malnutrition through the Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP).

The 16th Supplementary Feeding Program Launching Activity was held in Barangay Dalipe, M’lang, where the program’s implementation in the municipality was formally launched. With ₱8.3 million allocated for M’lang, the program will provide 120 days of nutritious milk and hot meals to children enrolled in Child Development Centers (CDCs) and Supervised Neighborhood Plays (SNPs).

BM Ivy Dalumpines-Ballitoc expressed her continued support for programs that prioritize the health, nutrition, and development of children, emphasizing that every meal served is an investment in their future.

The activity was made possible through the support and cooperation of the LGU M’lang under the leadership of Mayor Hon. Emmanuel “Doc Awing” Abonado, together with Barangay Dalipe under the leadership of Chairman Rowena Bedona Varona.

With the ₱127-million province-wide allocation covering the 17 municipalities and 1 city of Cotabato, the Provincial Government continues to bring essential nutrition programs closer to communities.

This is Serbisyong Totoo—service that reaches our communities and invests in a healthier generation of Cotabateños. 💚🩷

A GRAND CULMINATION OF CULTURE, UNITY, AND SERVICE! 🎉💚

The Province of Cotabato proudly celebrated the culmination of the 2026 Kalivungan Festival and the 112th Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Cotabato—a meaningful celebration of our rich culture, heritage, accomplishments, and the enduring unity of the Cotabateños.

The momentous celebration was spearheaded by our Good Governor, Hon. Emmylou “Lala” J. Taliño-Mendoza, together with Vice Governor Hon. Ella Taliño-Taray, and our dedicated congressional representatives, Hon. Samantha Santos and Hon. Edwin Cruzado.

Adding significance to the occasion was the presence of the special guest, DSWD Secretary Hon. Rex Gatchalian, represented by Usec. Fatima Aliah Q. Dimaporo, who extended the message and support of the National Government to the people of Cotabato.

The culmination was a celebration not only of our province’s colorful traditions and cultural identity, but also of the collective efforts of its leaders, communities, and people toward a stronger, more united, and progressive Cotabato.

As we continue to move forward, may the spirit of Kalivungan—unity, togetherness, and celebration of our shared heritage— remain alive in every Cotabateño.

HONORING OUR HISTORY, STRENGTHENING PEACE, EMBRACING UNITY

The “Gathering of Friends of the Museum” held on August 29, 2026 was more than a celebration of our cultural heritage. It was a meaningful gathering that honored the people and stories that have shaped the history, identity, and journey toward peace in the Province of Cotabato.

Under the leadership of Governor Emmylou Lala Taliño-Mendoza, the Museum Development Board continues to strengthen its partnership with benefactors, artifact donors, stakeholders, and friends of the museum in preserving and promoting the province’s rich history and cultural heritage—guided by the enduring message: “Embracing Diversity, Cotabato Unity.”

Among the distinguished guests of honor were Fr. Peter Geremia, PIME, and Norberto Manero Jr., also known as Commander Bukay, whose contributions were instrumental in fostering reconciliation and peace between disgruntled factions in Cotabato Province.

Their presence reminded us of a profound truth: peace is possible when we choose understanding over division, forgiveness over resentment, and reconciliation over conflict.

In her message, Vice Governor Ella Taliño Taray, together with Board Member Ivy Dalumpines-Ballitoc, emphasized the call to “Stay strong and stand strong”—a reminder that building peace requires courage, conviction, and the willingness to stand for what is right.

The stories of our past teach us that time ultimately becomes the judge of our conduct. What matters is what we choose to do today—with the opportunities we have to heal old wounds, preserve our heritage, and build a more united community for the generations to come.

May we continue to honor our history not simply by remembering it, but by learning from it—and by choosing peace, forgiveness, understanding, and unity.

The Art Exhibit at Museyo Kutawato, was joyfully opened on August 26, 2026. This marks the official kickoff of the Kalivungan Festival 2026 and the 112th Founding Anniversary of the Province of Cotabato.

This event is celebrated under the theme:
"COTABATO @ 112: A Legacy of Peace, Progress and Unity"

Gov. Emmylou "Lala" Taliño-Mendoza and the entire Provincial Government of Cotabato extend their full support to uplifting local art and culture through Serbisyong Totoo. Strong backing was also highlighted by Vice Gov. Rochella Marie "Ella" Taliño-Taray, the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, and the Museum Development Board for Museyo Kutawato led by Chairperson Grace B. Lonzaga.

Everyone is invited to visit and appreciate the amazing local artwork at Museyo Kutawato!

Ipinagdiriwang ng Cotabato Province ang 112th Founding Anniversary sa pamamagitan ng Kalivungan Festival 2026, na may temang “Cotabato @112: A Legacy of Peace, Progress and Unity.”

Sa pagbubukas ng selebrasyon, binigyang-diin nina Governor Emmylou “Lala” J. Taliño-Mendoza, Vice Governor Rachella Marie “Ella” Taliño Taray, at DA Assistant Secretary for Agribusiness, Marketing, and Consumer Affairs Atty. Genevieve E. Velicaria-Guevarra ang tunay na yaman ng Cotabato—ang ating masaganang lupa, mga lokal na produkto, magagandang destinasyon, at higit sa lahat, ang masisipag, malikhain at matatag na mga Cotabateño.

Mula sa ating mga magsasaka at mangingisda hanggang sa mga kooperatiba, negosyante at bawat komunidad, ang kanilang sipag at sakripisyo ang nagbibigay-buhay sa pag-unlad ng lalawigan.
