STRONG PRESENCE OF GOVERNMENT LAW ENFORCEMENT AND SECURITY FORCES

“Attended and Conducted Police Visibility during Sunday Mass”

On December 11, 2022. R-PSB Cluster 9 led by PCpl Kerwin Ian P Malintad, headed by PLTCOL MIGUELITO M CABAHUG JR., OIC Force Commander 2nd DOPMFC, under the direct Supervision of PLTCOL NIEL RICHARD R REGALADO, (Deputy Provincial Director for Operation, DPDO), attended and conducted police visibility during the Sunday Mass of GKK San Jose, Lupon, Davao Oriental.

This activity aims to strengthen and nourish faith of every PNP personnel as well as, to ensure the safety and security of churchgoers to build good rapport to the community and religious sector.

“Construction of the Storage Building of Magsaysay Food Processor Association as Quick Impact Project”

On November 30, 2022. R-PSB Cluster 9 led by PCpl Kerwin Ian P Malintad, headed by PLTCOL MIGUELITO M CABAHUG JR., OIC Force Commander 2nd DOPMFC under the direct supervision of PLTCOL NIEL RICHARD R REGALADO, (Deputy Provincial Director for Operation), conducted construction of the storage building of Magsaysay Food Processor Association as quick impact project at Brgy. Magsaysay, Lupon, Davao Oriental.

This project was initiated by RPSB CLUSTER - 9 in order for them to have proper place to their product in making banana chips.

This activity is in line with the continuous effort for peace and development program and implementation of EO70.

“Conducted Information Dissemination thru Dialogue”

On November 23, 2022. R-PSB Cluster 9 led by PCpl Kerwin Ian P Malintad, headed by PLTCOL MIGUELITO M CABAHUG JR., OIC Force Commander 2nd DOPMFC, under the direct Supervision of PLTCOL NIEL RICHARD R REGALADO, (Deputy Provincial Director for Operation, DPDO), conducted information dissemination thru dialogue to the Magsaysay Food Processor Association (MAFOPA) regarding the "PNP KASIMBAYANAN" Kapulisahn, simbahan at pamayanan a revitalized program that bridges the PNP, the general public, faith-based organizations, and key stakeholders towards peaceful, safe, and protected communities held at Barangay Magsaysay, Lupon, Davao Oriental.

This is in relation to E.O 70 National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict by providing willful public services.

“Provided Security and Assistance to Senior Citizen for processing of the cash benefits to be pay - out at Barangay Limbahan and Barangay Macangao”

On October 25 , 2022. R-PSB Cluster 9 led by PCpl Kerwin Ian Malintad headed by PLTCOL MIGUELITO M CABAHUG JR., OIC Force Commander 2nd DOPMFC under the direct supervision of PLTCOL NIEL RICHARD R REGALADO , (Deputy Provincial Director for Operation) provided security and assistance to senior citizen for the processing of the cash benefits payout at Barangay Limbahan, and Barangay Macangao, Lupon Davao Oriental. Together with ( MSWDO Lupon) Headed by Archell R Namoc. In collaboration with the Barangay Health Workers, and Honorable Erwin B Barabag (Barangay Captain of Macangao).

This activity aims to secure all senior citizen, provide assistance and promote peace and order for the harmonious activity, and to ensure that the activity will be successful without any untoward incident happens and in relation with the mandate of E.O 70 National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict.

“Conducted Meeting for the beneficiaries of Comfort Room (QIP)”

On October 25, 2022. R-PSB Cluster 9, led by PCpl Kerwin Ian P Malintad headed by PLTCOL MIGUELITO M CABAHUG JR., OIC Force Commander 2nd DOPMFC under the direct supervision of PLTCOL NIEL RICHARD R REGALADO, (Deputy Provincial Director for Operation), conducted meeting to the beneficiary of Comfort Room Quick Impact Project (QIP) in Brgy San Jose, Lupon, Davao Oriental. Agenda mentioned during the barangay assembly that all the households in the said barangay would have their own comfort room. And it was agreed by all the beneficiaries that while they don’t have their own CR they will use the said CR(QIP) by PRO 11 and stakeholders for temporary purposes and they would divide the minimum payment of the water bill every month.

This is our simple way of extending our help and efforts towards the community we serve specially in GIDAS. Geared for peace and development in connection with the mandate of NTF-ELCAC E.O 70.

On October 24, 2022 personnel of R-PSB Cluster 9 led by PCpl Kerwin Ian P Malintad headed by PLTCOL MIGUELITO M CABAHUG JR., OIC Force Commander 2nd DOPMFC under the direct supervision of PLTCOL NIEL RICHARD R REGALADO, (Deputy Provincial Director for Operation), initiated the giving of food packs to the residents of Brgy. San Jose, Lupon, Davao Oriental. To reach out all needy families and we will not hesitate to go beyond our means to deliver basic services and relief goods to the poorest of the poor who are affected by pandemic crisis.

This act of kindness is our simple way of extending help and efforts towards the community we serve, geared for peace and developement. In connection with the implementation of EO70 to END LOCAL COMMUNIST ARMED CONFLICT.

“Violation of Curfew Hours”

On September 27, 2022. R-PSB Cluster 9 led by PCpl Kerwin Ian P Malintad, headed by PLTCOL MIGUELITO M CABAHUG JR., OIC Force Commander 2nd DOPMFC under the direct supervision of PLTCOL NIEL RICHARD R REGALADO, (Deputy Provincial Director for Operation), together with BPATS headed by Hon. Ricky Rebalde, Barangay Kagawad and Chairman of Peace and Order Council conducted implementation of Municipal/City ordinance at Brgy. San Jose, Lupon, Davao Oriental.

1. Jobern Domingo, 15 years old.

This activity aims to inform the community on special laws within the municipality and particularly the safety on minors, also given a warning not to do the same act and further endorsed to the aforementioned brgy for proper disposition. Furthermore, continues dissemination to concerned residents of said brgy to increase the level of awareness and gave knowledge to the community. Further R-PSB personnel also reminded residents to timely report any suspicious persons within AOR.

This is in relation and adherence with the mandate and implementation of EO 70, geared towards peace and development thru shared efforts to End Local Communist Armed Conflict(ELCAC).

R-PSB Cluster 9 led by PCpl Kerwin Ian P Malintad, headed by PLTCOL MIGUELITO M CABAHUG JR., OIC Force Commander 2nd DOPMFC under the direct supervision of PLTCOL NIEL RICHARD R REGALADO, (Deputy Provincial Director for Operation), conducted implementation of Municipal/City ordinance re Violation of Smoking in Public Place and Roaming the Street without Shirts at Brgy. San Jose, Lupon, Davao Oriental.

This activity aims to inform the community of the special laws within the municipality, also warned not to do the same thing. Apart from this, dissemination to the concerned residents of the said brgy will continue to increase the level of awareness and provide knowledge to the community.

This is anchored on peace and development and adherence with the mandate and implementation of E.O 70 National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict.
