The Municipal Health Center & Birthing Facility of Luna, in partnership with the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation, is calling on all youth and volunteers to be part of our Blood Donation Program on March 25, 2026 | 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN at the Luna Cultural Center.

Donating blood is a simple act that can make a life-saving difference. One donation can help save multiple lives—patients in need of emergency care, surgeries, and those battling serious illnesses.

We encourage all kabataan and willing individuals to step forward and be heroes in their own simple way. Your blood can give someone a second chance at life.

📌What: SUBMISSION OF BRO-ED REQUIREMENTS FOR THE 1ST SEMESTER 2025-2026 (NEW SET OF SCHOLARS)

📌Where: To the Respective Sk Chairpersons/sk members/LiBRO Officers representative in your barangay.

📌When: Starting tomorrow (Dec. 26,2025) until January 14,2026

📌Who: 155 Newly qualified BRO-ED Scholars and the names in the additional list.

‼️Note: The attendance sheet for the scholars, which must be signed after submitting the required documents, has been given to your respective SK chairpersons. They will print the sheet and have it signed by the scholars as proof that they submitted true and original copies of the required documents. The chairpersons shall submit all the collected documents of their scholars from their respective barangays to the SK Federation Office on or before January 14, 2026. The LiBRO Officers will double check all the given documents before submitting to the LYDO Office in the municipal.
