📌 YOUTH WELLNESS SYMPOSIUM 2025

The Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) of Lumban, in partnership with the Sangguniang Kabataan Pederasyon - Lumban, Laguna, successfully held the Youth Wellness Symposium last August 11, 2025 at the Tanghalang Wilfredo O. Paraiso.

The program educated and empowered the youth of Lumban by addressing key issues that impact their overall well-being. Select students from Lumban National High School and Lumban Senior High School actively participated in interactive sessions on:

🔹 HIV Awareness
🔹 KKDAT (Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo)
🔹 Mental Health
🔹 Teenage Pregnancy

Through this initiative, participants were able to gain valuable insights, strengthen self-awareness, and commit to responsible decision-making and positive lifestyle choices. The symposium also provided a safe and supportive space where the youth could learn, express themselves, and engage in dialogue toward a healthier and safer community.

Together, we continue to work toward a stronger and more resilient youth sector in Lumban. 💙

Kabataang Lumbeño! Ikaw ang Ilaw ng kinabukasan, Alon ng pagbabago!

Sa Linggo ng Kabataan 2025, hindi lang tayo nagdiriwang—tayo ang bida ng kwento! Sa bawat kanto ng Lumban, kabataan tayo! 💥🔥Mahigit 20 taon nang ipinagdiriwang ang International Youth Day at Linggo ng Kabataan bilang mandato ng RA 10742. Dito sa Lumban, ipinapakita natin ang lakas at boses ng kabataan para abutin ang UN’s 17 SDGs at Philippine Youth Development Plan! 💪🌍

Sa tulong ng 10 Centers of Youth Participation, pinapalakas ang partisipasyon ng bawat kabataan para sa mas inklusibo at matatag na kinabukasan! 🚀🙌🏽

November 27, 2024 | LYDC FOURTH QUARTERLY MEETING CY 2024

The Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) held its fourth quarterly session for 2024 at the Benigno Aquino Hall. Key points discussed included various topics, with a major focus on the status of the Local Youth Development Plan (LYDP) for year 2024-2026 and initial youth program planning for the year 2025.

The Local Youth Development Office - Lumban, Laguna, will always be happy to be of service to the youth of Lumban.
