Pormal nang naisagawa ang Inaguration at Turn-Over Ceremony ng natapos na Sub-Project sa ilalim ng DSWD KALAHI CIDSS PAG-ABOT PROGRAM na magsisilbing "Health Center" at "Community Hall" na pakikinabangan ng lahat ng mamamayan at karatig barangay ng Barangay Dalahican. Masiglang dumalo ang mga panauhin mula sa ibat-ibang Tanggapan ng Pamahalaaan, mula sa DSWD KALAHI CIDSS National at Regional, PAG-ABOT Program, mga Dept.Head at kawani mula sa ibat-ibang Tanggapan sa City Local Government of Lucena, BLGU, Community Volunteers, O&M Group, Other Stakeholders and ACT-Lucena.
Ang proyektong ito ay magsisilbing mahalagang pasilidad para sa serbisyong pangkalusugan,pagpupulong at iba pang aktibidad na magpapalakas sa pagkakaisa at kaunlaran ng komunidad

A spot checking activity was conducted by the City Planning and Development Coordinator-Ma'am Julieta B. Aparicio on the KALAHI CIDSS Sub-Project in Brgy. Barra and Brgy. Dalahican. The activity aimed to assess the status of implementation, ensure compliance with approved plan.The activity was carried out with the guidance and coordination of the Area Coordinator-Ms.Gimma S. Duabe, it helped strengthen project oversight and coordination among stakeholders to ensure effective and sustainable project implementation in both barangays.

A Joint Inspection for the project"Construction of Community Center" in Brgy.Dalahican was successfully conducted.The activity was attended by personnel from the City Engineering Office led by Asst.City Engr. Peñarando S. Surquia, together with Engr. Matthew San Miguel, and Engr. Christ Matthew F. Buhay.Community Volunteers were also present,headed by BDC-TWG Chairperson Jennette Romasanta,PIT Head Paulo R Antonio, and other Volunteers.Engr. Ricky Fortaleza from RPMO and Area Coordinating Team also joined the inspection.
The purpose of the activity was to ensure that the project is properly implemented, complete and compliant with the required standards before it is accepted or further continued toward completion.

The City Engineering Office, led by Assistant City Engineer Peñarando S. Surquia, Engr. Matthew San Miguel, Engr. Christ Matthew E. Buhay successfully conducted an inspection of the Sub-Project in coordination with the Area Coordinating Team headed by AC Gimma S. Duabe, and TF Florentino A. Jus, FA Alejandra Valdeavilla and CEF Vincent Garganera.Also in attendance were Engr. Cecil Amat representing the Contractor and the BDC-TWG headed by Chairperdon Jennette U. Romasanta, whose participation was highly valued The inspection aimed to assess and ensured that the construction activities are implemented in accordance with the approved plans and specification and the quality standards are properly observed.This activity likewise served as basis for the partial progress billing of the project.
