Transforming the Agriculture Sector of Quezon Province into a dynamic and vibrant economic force capable of sustaining a progressive populace and maintaining food security while ensuring a healthy habitat through local initiatives and multi-sectoral partnerships. MISSION

Organize, educate, train, mobilize and develop entrepreneurial skills of farm families, fisherfolks and Agri-Based Orga

nizations towards a systematic, balanced and integrated management of physical and natural resources for sustainable agriculture development. To increase farm production and to ensure food security, thus assuring every family of food on their table;
2. To promote quality farm and fishery products;
3. To develop highly-empowered farm-based organizations;
4. To develop highly-skilled farm families including fisherfolks for a sustainable economic empowerment; and
5. Maintain linkages to all government, non-government and people’s organization as partners in agricultural development programs.
