VISION “Transforming the Agriculture Sector of Quezon Province into a dynamic and vibrant economic force capable of sustaining a progressive and active populace while ensuring a healthy habitat for her citizenry through multi-sectoral partnership” MISSION “To empower and promote the competitveness of the Rural-Based Organizations through the development of their agri-entrepreneurial skills and forging partnership for a more productive and self-reliant community” DEVELOPMENT GOALS 1. To increase farm production and to ensure food security, thus assuring every family of food on their table; 2. To promote quality farm and fishery products; 3. To develop highly-empowered farm-based organizations; 4. To develop highly-skilled farm families including fisherfolks for a sustainable economic empowerment; and 5.
