Last July 26, 2026, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay 8 successfully held our Cooking Contest 2026, bringing together talented and passionate young chefs who showcased their creativity, teamwork, and culinary skills.

From preparing ingredients to presenting their finished dishes, every participant demonstrated dedication, innovation, and confidence in the kitchen. This activity was more than just a competition; it was an opportunity to develop life skills, encourage healthy cooking, and inspire the youth to discover their talents.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay 8 successfully concluded our Sports Fest 2026, featuring three exciting tournaments that brought our youth together:

🌱🚨 EMPOWERING THE YOUTH THROUGH KNOWLEDGE AND ACTION! 🚨🌱

Last July 25, 2026, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay 8 successfully conducted our Agriculture and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Seminar; an initiative designed to equip our youth with practical knowledge, skills, and awareness for a more resilient and sustainable community.💚

🌾 Through the Agriculture Seminar, our young participants gained valuable insights into the importance of agriculture, food security, entrepreneurship, and the role of the youth in building a sustainable future.

🚨 Meanwhile, our DRRM Seminar highlighted the importance of preparedness, prevention, and responsible action before, during, and after disasters. We believe that an informed and prepared youth is a powerful force in creating a safer and more resilient community.

A heartfelt thank you to our resource speakers, Ma’am Ma. Camille Margallo and everyone who contributed to making this activity a success. Your time, effort, and active participation made this event truly meaningful. 🙌💚
