Lucena PNP On-line Complaint Desk also known as “e-Reklamo”
Dahil sa Covid-19 Pandemic ay inulunsad ang “e-Reklamo” ng PNP upang mas mapangalagaan ang kalusugan ng bawat mamamayan na nagrereklamo o nag-uulat ng mga krimen na kanilang nasaksasihan at upang maiwasan ang pagkalat ng COVIID-19. Layunin din nito na mapabilis ang pagbibigay serbisyo ng kapulisan ng Lucena sa mamayan ay maaari nyo ng idulog ang inyong mga reklamo o ireport ang mga krimen na inyong nasaksihan sa pamamagitan ng videocall thru facebook messenger ng Lucena CPS “e-Reklamo” na maaari ng idulog sa duty desk officer. Ang inyong mga reklamo o report na irereport ay sa mga sumusunod na concern office:
1. General Investigation- All crimes against person and property except crime’s fall to katarungang Pambarangay
2. Women’s and Children Protection Desk- All crimes and cases involving women’s and their children
3. Katarungang Pambarangay- All disputes, civil and criminal in nature where parties actually reside in the same city or municipality are subjected to proceedings of amicable settlement.
4. Erring PNP Personnel- will be referred at Pre Charge Investigation Officer and Evaluation Officer page for proper disposition
5. Show Valid ID of the complainant back to back
6. All lodge complaint and call will be recorded with the consent of the complainant
