IN PHOTOS | Division Brigada Eskwela 2026 Kick-Off Program

The City Fire Marshal, together with personnel of the Bureau of Fire Protection Lucena City Fire Station, actively participated in and supported the Division Brigada Eskwela 2026 Kick-Off Program of the Department of Education – Schools Division Office of Lucena City.

The activity commenced with a parade followed by the opening program, where participating stakeholders pledged their commitment and formally signed the Pledge of Commitment in support of Brigada Eskwela and the shared goal of providing safe, conducive, and learner-friendly school environments.

Following the program, BFP personnel rendered support services and participated in various activities to assist the schools and contribute to the successful conduct of the kick-off program.

Further strengthening the partnership between the education sector and the Bureau of Fire Protection, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between DepEd SDO Lucena and the Lucena City Fire Station, through the City Fire Marshal, was also signed during the event. The partnership aims to enhance collaboration in the implementation of school fire safety programs, emergency preparedness initiatives, capacity-building activities, and disaster resilience efforts across schools in Lucena City.

Together, we build safer, more resilient, and learner-centered schools.

BFP Lucena personnel participated in the 𝘽𝙍𝙄𝙂𝘼𝘿𝘼 𝙀𝙎𝙆𝙒𝙀𝙇𝘼 with the theme "𝑺𝒂𝒎𝒂-𝑺𝒂𝒎𝒂 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝑺𝒂 𝑩𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒔𝒂 𝑷𝒂𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒏: 𝑵𝒂𝒈𝒌𝒂𝒌𝒂𝒊𝒔𝒂 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝒔𝒂 𝑲𝒂𝒂𝒚𝒖𝒔𝒂𝒏 𝑨𝒕 𝑲𝒂𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒏”, conducted at the following schools: Bliss Elementary School, Brgy. IN ACTION | Under the leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐘 𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐊 𝐏 𝐀𝐆𝐔𝐓𝐎, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director of Region 4A, and 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐘 𝐃 𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐎, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Provincial Director of the Bureau of Fire Protection – Quezon, under the directives of Lucena City Fire Marshal, 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐒 𝐋 𝐁𝐀𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐎 𝐈𝐈𝐈, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Central Fire Station - Emergency Medical Service Team provided emergency response to a Vehicular Accident transpired at Barangay Ibabang Dupay, Lucena City.
EMS personnel provided first aid, boarded patients into the ambulance and immediately transported to Quezon Medical Center for further medical management.
