Last March 31, 2026, Paaralang Elementarya ng Lucban 1 proudly witnessed a day filled with joy, hope, and accomplishment—the Graduation Ceremony of our beloved learners. We celebrate not just a milestone in the lives of our graduates, but the countless moments of growth, learning, and resilience that have brought them to this very moment.

With hearts full of pride and joy, we celebrate the remarkable talents of our PelWONians showcased during 𝑲𝑨𝑻𝑨𝑳𝑼𝑲𝑻𝑼𝑲𝑨𝑵 2026 held last March 25, 2026 at the PEL Covered Court.

From the vibrant energy of the production number to the captivating performances in 𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙟𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚, 𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙤 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙧 𝙜𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙙, 𝙙𝙪𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙟𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙙𝙪𝙤 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙧 𝙜𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙙, our pupils truly embodied excellence and confidence on stage. The grace of the 𝙎𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙩 𝙂𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙬 𝘿𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙏𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙥𝙚, the harmony of the 𝙋𝙀𝙇 1 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙣’𝙨 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙞𝙧, and the powerful expressions in solo singing and duets filled the venue with inspiration and admiration.

With deep sorrow and profound gratitude, we honor the life and legacy of Sir Elmer V. Lozada—an exceptional educator, mentor, and guiding force in the heart of Paaralang Elementarya ng Lucban 1.

Sir Elmer devoted his life to shaping young minds and nurturing talents, leaving an imprint that will forever resonate within the halls of PEL 1.

As 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐈𝐈, he exemplified leadership grounded in compassion, discipline, and unwavering dedication. He was not only an administrator but a pillar of strength who uplifted both colleagues and learners with wisdom and integrity.

Beyond the classroom, Sir Elmer brought music to life in the school community.
