📢 UPLB Vehicle Sticker 2026–2027

Following the announcement through Memorandum Circular No. 131 issued by the Office of the President and the University of the Philippines Los Baños, and in line with the announcement of adoption of Alternative Work Arrangements, the SSO Sticker Team will again adopt an Alternative Work Arrangement on Thursday, 20 August 2026.

In view of this, all UPLB Vehicle Sticker 2026–2027 appointments scheduled on 20 August 2026 (Thursday) are hereby suspended.

Upon the resumption of regular work and office hours, applicants affected by the suspended appointments may walk in at the SSO Headquarters at any time during regular office hours. There will be no need to secure a new appointment. This arrangement will also accommodate applicants whose appointments may have been cancelled during the previous suspension of sticker operations.

We sincerely apologize for the continued adjustments and any inconvenience these may cause. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation until we resume regular sticker operations.

📢 UPLB Vehicle Sticker 2026–2027

Following the announcement through Memorandum Circular No. 129 issued by the Office of the President and the University of the Philippines Los Baños, the SSO Sticker Team will again opt for an Alternative Work Arrangement on Wednesday, 19 August 2026.

This arrangement will allow the team to continue accommodating sticker applications and work through the remaining pending applications, so applicants may proceed with payment and eventually schedule their appointments for vehicle inspection and sticker installation.

In view of this, all UPLB Vehicle Sticker 2026–2027 appointments scheduled on 19 August 2026 (Wednesday) are hereby suspended.

Affected applicants will be automatically accommodated and will not be required to book another appointment. They may proceed to the SSO Headquarters on any working day from 20 August 2026 until 28 August 2026.

On August 11, 2026, the UPLB Security and Safety Office facilitated a First Aid and Disaster Preparedness Training with the Institute of Food Science and Technology, College of Agriculture and Food Science.

Through this activity, participants strengthened their first aid and emergency response skills.

Together, we build a safer, more resilient workplace and community.

This will allow the team to accommodate and process pending applications and attend to other necessary transactions.

In view of this, all UPLB Vehicle Sticker 2026–2027 appointments scheduled on 18 August 2026 (Tuesday), both AM and PM Slots, are hereby suspended.

Affected applicants will be automatically accommodated and will not be required to book another appointment. They may proceed to the SSO Headquarters on any working day from 19 August 2026 until 28 August 2026.

This will allow the team to accommodate and process pending applications and attend to other necessary transactions.

In view of this, all UPLB Vehicle Sticker 2026–2027 appointments scheduled this afternoon (PM time slots), are hereby suspended.

Affected applicants will be automatically accommodated and will not be required to book another appointment. They may proceed to the SSO Headquarters on any working day from 18 August 2026 until 28 August 2026.

Following the announcement through Memorandum Circular No. 126 issued by the Office of the President and the University of the Philippines Los Baños, the SSO Sticker Team will adopt an Alternative Work Arrangement today.

In view of this, UPLB Vehicle Sticker 2026–2027 appointments scheduled today, including the 11:00 AM–12:00 NN and PM time slots, are hereby suspended.

Affected applicants will be automatically accommodated and will not be required to book another appointment. They may proceed to the SSO Headquarters on any working day from 17 August 2026 until 20 August 2026.

The SSO Sticker Team will likewise use this time to accommodate and process pending applications and address other necessary transactions.

On August 5, 2026, the UPLB Security and Safety Office conducted a Disaster Preparedness and Response in the Workplace lecture as part of the Pre-Deployment Orientation for practicum-bound students of the UPLB College of Human Ecology.

The session equipped students with essential knowledge on emergency preparedness and appropriate disaster response, helping them stay safe and prepared as they begin their on-the-job training.
