Bohol continues to support education, youth development, and cultural programs that create opportunities for young Boholanos.

This was after the Provincial Government of Bohol (PGBh), under the leadership of Gov. Aris Aumentado, extended ₱400,000 financial assistance to the Loboc Youth Education Association Inc. for the Loboc School of Music Sustainability Project for 2026 in the Municipality of Loboc.

Gov. Aris Aumentado personally turned over the assistance to representatives of the Loboc Youth Education Association Inc., supporting the continued implementation and sustainability of the music education program.

Aligned with the Capitol’s Strategic Governance Roadmap, the support advances youth development, education, and cultural preservation across Bohol, the Philippines’ first and only UNESCO Global Geopark.

PYDO SPORTS CLINIC IN LOBOC

The Provincial Youth Development Office (PYDO), in partnership with the Municipal Government of Loboc, invites young athletes aged 𝟏𝟕 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰 to participate in the upcoming PYDO Sports Clinic in the Municipality of Loboc on 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲), 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟕:𝟑𝟎 𝐀𝐌 𝐭𝐨 𝟏𝟐:𝟎𝟎 𝐍𝐎𝐎𝐍.

A 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜 is a structured sports development program designed to provide young athletes with opportunities to enhance their fundamental skills, improve their physical capabilities, develop discipline and teamwork, and strengthen their knowledge and experience in their chosen sport under the guidance of qualified coaches and sports instructors.

This is an excellent opportunity for our young people to gain valuable experience while cultivating the essential values of discipline, perseverance, teamwork, sportsmanship, and excellence.

TODAY’s GMRC | Examine Your Own Life

Before we criticize others, it is good to examine ourselves first. It is easy to notice another person’s faults while remaining blind to our own. Sometimes the very behavior that irritates us in others is also present in us.

Jesus reminds us: “First remove the wooden beam from your eye; then you will see clearly to remove the splinter from your brother’s eye” (Matthew 7:5).

So before pointing a finger, look within. Before correcting someone, examine your own life. Correction becomes more credible when we ourselves are trying to live what we ask of others.

Before you criticize what others do, make sure the same is not found in you.
