TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Temporary Traffic Scheme and Parking Guidelines for Besperas and Fiesta

LOBOC, BOHOL — To ensure a smooth and orderly celebration of the upcoming Besperas and Fiesta on May 23-24,2026, the local authorities have released a comprehensive Traffic Management Plan. Residents, and visitors are advised to follow the temporary rerouting and parking designations as illustrated in the official map.

The Municipality of Loboc is assisting Operation Smile Philippines in identifying children and adults with:

👄 Cleft Lip (Bungi)
👄 Cleft Palate (Ngoho)

FREE comprehensive cleft care services may include:

✅ Surgery
✅ Dental Care
✅ Speech Therapy
✅ Nutrition Support
✅ Psychosocial Support

Qualified patients may also receive FREE:

🚐 Transportation Assistance
🍱 Meals
💊 Medicines
🏠 Accommodation
