On February 20, 2023, elements of the Women and Children Protection Center in coordination with DSWS 7, conducted Rescue Operation which resulted to the rescue of four (4) female minor victims from alleged Child Abuse and Lascivious Conduct, in violation of R.A. 7610, otherwise known as the "Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act," as amended.

On February 21, 2023, elements of the Women and Children Protection Center in coordination with the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), conducted Rescue Operation which resulted to the rescue of thirty-two (32) OFW applicants alleged to be victims of Illegal Recruitment and arrest of one (1) suspect in Laguna, in violation of R.A. 8042, otherwise known as the “Migrant Workers and Overseas Filipinos Act of 1995,” as amended by RA 10022.

On February 25, 2023, elements of the Women and Children Protection Center in coordination with DSWD 7, conducted simultaneous Implementation of Warrant to Search Seize and Examine Computer Data (WSSECD) No.SW-FC-1 on Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and Rescue Operation that resulted to the rescue of eight (8) minor victims and the seizure of two (2) digital devices in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
