At about 9:00 AM onwards, NAPNCOs of Lipa CCPS, under the leadership of PLTCOL Aleli Cuyan Buaquen, COP, through supervision of Duty FTO PCMS Marcelino D Bracero conducted OPLAN Pugay Bathala at Redemptorists Church Lipa City. The said activity aimed to strengthen the spiritual well-being of personnel, promote a God-centered approach to public service, and enhance police visibility to ensure the safety of churchgoers.

At about 4:35 AM onwards, the Duty FTO PMSg Ivan Jever B Tiquio, under the overall supervision of PLTCOL Aleli Cuyan Buaquen, Chief of Police, Lipa Component City Police Station, conducted the Morning Physical Accounting and Physical Conditiong of all Newly Appointed Police Non-Commissioned Officers (NAPNCOs) under the Public Safety Field Training Program (PSFTP) Class 2025-01 "MATALASIG" to ensure their accountability, provide operational reminders, and prepare them for the succeeding training activities.

At about 8:05 AM onwards, Duty FTO PCMS Marcelino D Bracero and PMSg Ivan Jever B Tiquio, under the supervision of PLTCOL Aleli Cuyan Buaquen, COP, Lipa CCPS conducted inspection to all NAPNCOs of the said station.

The activity aimed to ensure that all personnel were in proper prescribed uniform "TAMANG BIHIS", maintained a neat and professional appearance, and complied with the Philippine National Police's standards on discipline, grooming, and bearing, thereby promoting professionalism, accountability, and operational readiness.

This activity is to ensure strict compliance with “LOI Tamang Bihis” and to intensify the anti-criminality campaign and prevent the occurrence of the eight focus crimes within the area of responsibility.
