With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of our dearest Ryan Jhoel D. Pelagio. He served as an administrative officer at the Regional Soils Laboratory IV-A. He may have once received your sample with a smile as you submitted it. He may have greeted you cheerfully as you walked past him. He may have shaken your hands enthusiastically as you entered the office. He may have hugged you warmly as you talked deeply.

As we reminisce about all the great memories he left, may we all offer him a silent prayer. His life was truly a blessing to each of us. He did not just live for himself, but he lived well as a son, brother, comrade, and follower of God. His life may be short, but his kindness and love that were instilled in all of our hearts will live long and be shared with others as well.

You will surely be missed. Rest in Paradise, Ryan. 🦅
