Nakiisa ang DA-Regional Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory (RADDL) CALABARZON bilang 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘤𝘦 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘳 sa isinagawang pagsasanay na “𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘈𝘨𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘚𝘢𝘧𝘦𝘨𝘶𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴: 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘧 𝘍𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘗𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘭 𝘰𝘯 𝘈𝘯𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘭 𝘚𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵” noong Marso 11–13 at 25–27, 2026.

Sa pakikipagtulungan ng DA-Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) at DA-Regional Field Office (RFO) CALABARZON, ibinahagi ng RADDL ang wastong pangongolekta, paghawak, at pagpapadala ng 𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘭 𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘴 upang matiyak ang mabilis at tumpak na diagnosis ng mga sakit sa hayop.

Bilang bahagi din ng selebrasyon ng 𝐑𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, isinama rin sa pagsasanay ang aktwal na demonstrasyon ng tamang pagkolekta ng brain sample at pagproseso ng ulo ng mga pinaghihinalaang rabid na a*o o pusa. Layunin nitong higit pang mapalakas ang kakayahan ng mga local government units (LGUs) sa agarang pagtukoy at pagtugon sa mga ka*o ng rabies sa kanilang nasasakupan.

Tinalakay rin ang kahalagahan ng 𝘣𝘪𝘰𝘴𝘢𝘧𝘦𝘵𝘺 𝘢𝘵 𝘣𝘪𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘴 sa gitna ng patuloy na banta ng rabies at iba pang 𝘻𝘰𝘰𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘴 na may epekto hindi lamang sa mga hayop kundi pati sa kalusugan ng publiko.

Layunin ng pagsasanay na mapabuti ang disease surveillance, mapalakas ang teknikal na kapasidad, mapabilis ang reporting system, at mapahusay ang koordinasyon sa pagitan ng field implementers at diagnostic laboratories.

Sama-sama nating isulong ang responsableng pangangalaga sa hayop at pagpuksa sa mga sakit.

𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬: Executive Secretary Ralph Recto has issued Memorandum Circular No. 116, declaring a half-day work-from-home arrangement for all government offices on April 1, 2026.

For April 1, government offices shall be on a work-from-home setup from 8:00 in the morning to 12:00 in the afternoon. Work from 12 noon onwards is hereby suspended.
