Division Kick Off ng Brigada Eskwela 2026, Matagumpay!

Pormal nang sinimulan ngayong araw ang Division Kick-Off ng Brigada Eskwela 2026 sa San Celestino Integrated National High School.

Dinaluhan ito nina Hon. Mayor Eric B. Africa, kinatawan mula sa tanggapan ni Hon. Cong. Ryan Christian Recto, Sangguniang Barangay ng San Celestino, Division Federated SPTA, at mga opisyal ng SDO Lipa sa pangunguna nina SDS Homer N. Mendoza, ASDS Ronald V. Ramilo, SGOD Chief Dr. Minerva Caraos, CID Chief Dr. Lorna R. Medrano, at AO V Leah Marie Monica K. Lumbres, kasama ang mga Unit Heads, Public Schools District Supervisors, Education Program Supervisors, School Heads, SGOD Personnel, mga magulang, mag-aaral, at iba’t ibang Brigada Partners.

Sa kanyang mensahe, binigyang-diin ni Mayor Eric B. Africa ang kahalagahan ng pakikiisa ng mga kawani ng lokal na pamahalaan sa mga programang tulad ng Brigada Eskwela. Ipinahayag din niya na bubuo ang LGU Lipa ng mga team na magsasagawa ng inspeksyon sa lahat ng comfort rooms upang matiyak na maayos at gumagana ang mga ito. Bukod dito, tiniyak din niya ang patuloy na pagsuporta sa mga paaralan sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng electric fans at armchairs upang maging mas ligtas, maayos, at conducive sa pagkatuto ang bawat silid-aralan ngayong Balik-Eskwela.

Samantala, hinikayat naman ni SDS Homer N. Mendoza ang bawat isa na patuloy na suportahan ang Brigada Eskwela — isang natatanging programa ng Pilipinas na nagpapakita ng bayanihan at sama-samang pagkilos para sa edukasyon.

Nagpahayag din ng suporta ang iba’t ibang Brigada Partners tulad ng BDO, Legazpi Savings Bank, Chinabank Savings Inc, CitySavings, Abenson, Creamline, Vita Plus, PhilHealth at Metro Lipa na nagbigay ng libreng check-up para sa mga g**o, magulang, at mag-aaral.

Ang Brigada Eskwela ay isang inisyatibo ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon na naglalayong matiyak na ligtas, maayos, at handa ang lahat ng paaralan para sa pagbubukas ng klase. Magpapatuloy ito hanggang Biyernes.

Symbolic Turnover of Brigada Eskwela and School Supplies for Lipeño Learners

In line with the continuous commitment of ensuring that every learner is equipped and ready for the opening of classes, the City of Lipa thru the leadership of Hon. Mayor Eric B. Africa and Schools Division Office of Lipa City successfully conducted the symbolic turnover of Brigada Eskwela supplies to 85 public schools and 45,000 school supplies intended for Lipeño learners from Kindergarten to Grade 6. The activity highlighted the unwavering support of the division and its stakeholders in promoting quality, accessible, and learner-centered education for all.

The symbolic turnover served as a manifestation of unity, collaboration, and shared responsibility among education partners, school leaders, teachers, local government officials, and stakeholders who continuously support the programs and initiatives of the division. Through the provision of school and learning supplies, the initiative aims to help learners become more prepared, motivated, and confident as they begin another academic year. The activity also strengthened the spirit of volunteerism and bayanihan which remains the heart of the Brigada Eskwela Program.

Division officials emphasized that the distribution of supplies is not merely an act of giving, but a concrete investment in the future of every young Lipeño learner. Beneficiary schools expressed their gratitude for the timely support extended by the division and its partners, recognizing the significant impact of the assistance in promoting learner participation, school readiness, and improved learning experiences. Through this meaningful initiative, SDO Lipa City continues to uphold its commitment to nurturing empowered, equipped, and future-ready learners.
