Please be advised that the Philippine Veterans Affairs Office (PVAO) One-Stop-Shop in Quezon City will accommodate walk-in clients until 12:00 NN only, tomorrow, 16 October 2026 (Friday), in view of the agency's anniversary activities.

Regular onsite services will resume on Monday, 19 October 2026, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

For urgent concerns, clients may reach us through the following online channels:

Please be informed that work at the Philippine Veterans Affairs Office (PVAO) and its Field Service Offices (FSOs) will be suspended on Monday, 28 September 2026, beginning at 1:00 PM.

This is pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 136, s. 2026, issued by the Office of the President, in connection with the observance of the 34th National Family Week and “Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga” Day.

Regular onsite and online transactions and services will resume on Tuesday, 29 September 2026.

ADVISORY: VETERANS WARDS NATIONWIDE

To our valued Veterans and their families!

The Philippine Veterans Affairs Office (PVAO) encourages our PVAO Pensioners, AFP Pensioners, and their qualified Dependents to be aware of and utilize the Veterans Wards available in selected hospitals nationwide.

The Veterans Wards are intended to provide our veterans with access to appropriate hospital care and services.

Please be advised that the PVAO Pension for the month of September 2026 will be credited on the following dates:

AFPSLAI | September 10, 2026 (Thursday)
AMWSLAI | September 12, 2026 (Saturday)
CWSLAI | September 14, 2026 (Monday)
AUB, DBP, LBP, MAYBANK, PVB | September 16, 2026 (Wednesday)

However, pensioners with blocked pension accounts due to non-updating of living status and other reasons may view their account balances, but no pension credit will be posted until their pension status has been updated and cleared.
