OFFICIAL TURNOVER OF PRINTING AND PHOTOCOPY SERVICES TO THE BARANGAY HALL

We are pleased to formally announce that the newly procured printer by the Sangguniang Kabataan has been officially turned over to the Barangay Hall to better serve the printing and photocopy needs of our community, especially our youth and students.
In addition, the two previously donated printers were also presented for turnover, however, upon assessment, efforts were made to repair and assess the functionality of the previously donated printers, but unfortunately, both units were found to be no longer serviceable (unserviceable) and are therefore no longer fit for use.

In light of this, the SK made a decision to properly allocate the newly purchased printer to the Barangay Hall to ensure that printing services remain organized, accessible, and beneficial, especially for students and the youth.

We also wish to clarify that all actions taken were done in good faith and with proper evaluation, strictly for public service purposes and not for personal use, contrary to any assumptions.

📌 GUIDELINES FOR PRINTING SERVICES:
• All printing requests will be accommodated at the Barangay Hall
• Maximum of 10-15 pages per request
• Photocopy/ Xerox: Short and A4 sizes only
• Kindly expect waiting time as services may depend on the availability of the Barangay Secretary
• We sincerely ask for your patience, understanding, and cooperation

Furthermore, we are currently exploring the possibility of having the donated printers repaired once again. If successful, these will be donated to schools or directly to youth groups who are in greater need of such equipment, ensuring that nothing goes to waste and everything serves its intended purpose.

This day marked another milestone for the youth of our community. 💛✨
We gathered not just for a session, but for a purpose, to plan, to organize, and to strengthen our commitment to serve. Every idea shared, every role defined, and every decision made reflects one thing, a youth council that takes action.
On this day, progress became even more visible as our office supplies officially arrived. 📦 Alongside this, we also successfully purchased a new printer to replace the two units that were damaged, ensuring that our services remain continuous and reliable for everyone. These are more than just materials, they represent opportunities. Opportunities for students to have easier access to printing and xerox services, for young people to be supported in their academic needs, and for our initiatives to reach more lives.
This is what service looks like. Not just words, but concrete actions. Not just plans, but results.
SK is not here to stay idle, we are here to lead, to move, and to deliver. With every step we take, we continue to prove that the youth are capable, empowered, and ready to make a difference.

The Bureau of Fire Protection once again showed their unwavering commitment by responding quickly to our request for water flushing at the Basketball Court, Sector 4. This effort goes beyond cleanliness, it reflects a shared goal of improving and taking care of our community space.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to our beloved Municipal Mayor Josefina "Iday" Castañeda for her immediate approval and support. Your leadership truly made this initiative possible.💗

Together with the Sangguniang Kabataan, we remain committed to taking action and creating better, safer, and more functional spaces for our kabataan and residents.

Note: As we continue with the upcoming improvements for our basketball court, we also ask everyone to do their part, let us help maintain its cleanliness and take care of the facility that we all share. Community Clean-Up Drive | SK Council & QUIBAOL Triskelion Community Chapter

The SK Council, together with the QUIBAOL Triskelion Community Chapter, conducted a community clean-up activity as part of our continuous effort to promote environmental responsibility, unity, and active youth participation in our barangay.

This activity is not only about cleaning our surroundings, but also about taking the first step toward gradually implementing projects and initiatives that will leave a meaningful legacy for our community. Through small actions like this, we hope to inspire everyone especially the youth to become more involved in building a cleaner, safer, and more progressive place for all.

The success of this activity shows that when people come together with a shared purpose, great things can be achieved. It is through cooperation, volunteerism, and the spirit of bayanihan that we are able to start initiatives that will benefit not only the present generation but also the future.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the QUIBAOL Triskelion Community Chapter for their support, dedication, and willingness to serve the community. Your presence and active participation truly made this activity successful.

Sa lahat po ng nais mag-participate sa ating basketball tournament, nais po naming ipabatid na pansamantalang naka-hold ang registration alinsunod sa inilabas na memorandum mula sa Office of the Mayor kaugnay ng Energy Conservation Measures.

Ayon din po sa payo ng ating Legal Officer, Atty. Nep na ipinasa pong mensahe ng ating SK President, ang mga sumusunod ay mahigpit na ipinapatupad:

• Ang mga ongoing na liga ay maaari pa ring ituloy ngunit sa daytime lamang at iwasan na po ang paglalaro sa gabi upang makatipid sa kuryente.
• Ang mga mag-oopening pa lamang o kasalukuyang nasa registration stage ay huwag muna ituloy sa ngayon.

Bilang pagsunod po sa direktibang ito, kahit nais man po nating maipagpatuloy ang ating palaro, kinakailangan po nating sumunod para sa kapakanan ng lahat.

Kami po ay humihingi ng inyong pang-unawa at patuloy na makikiisa sa mga hakbang para sa mas maayos na paggamit ng enerhiya.

Manalangin po tayo na maging maayos na ang sitwasyon sa lalong madaling panahon.
