The Consultative Meeting of the Campus Technical Working Group (TWG) on the Revision of the Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan (LUDIP) 2020โ2029 was successfully conducted on April 30, 2026, at the Research Innovation Hub, 2nd Floor, Legacy Building.
The activity brought together key stakeholders and university officials in a collaborative effort to ensure that the campus development framework remains responsive to present and future needs. It served as a platform for meaningful discussions on land use strategies, infrastructure priorities, and sustainable development aligned with local and institutional goals.
The meeting was attended by distinguished stakeholders from the Local Government Unit of Lingayen and partner sectors, namely: Arch. Nelco Paul P. Coquia (Department Head, Planning and Development Office, LGU-Lingayen), Engr. Jerome V. Canullas (Department Head, Assessors Office, LGU-Lingayen), Engr. Deejay D. Delos Santos (Assistant Engineer, LGU-Lingayen), Mr. Clark P. Mamaril (Department Head, LDRRMO, LGU-Lingayen), Ms. Rochelle Mendoza (Municipal Planning and Development Office), Mr. Joshua Maneclang (ADAS I, LGU-Lingayen), Mr. Fernando Vinluan Jr. (Assistant Punong Barangay, Barangay Poblacion), and Ms. Usha Pia V. Danao (President, Supreme Student Council, PSU-Lingayen). Their participation contributed valuable insights and perspectives to the planning process.
Representing the Campus TWG were Dr. Marie Claire B. Briones (Campus Executive Director), Mr. Gregorio Delos Angeles Jr. (University Director, Planning Office), Ms. Marie Grace Santiago (Campus Administrative Officer), Mr. Rexian Noah V. Zareno (Campus Planning Coordinator), Arch. Roy De Guzman (Campus Physical Plant and Facilities Coordinator), and Mr. Roldan Palavino (Campus Risk Disaster and Management Coordinator). The consultative meeting underscored the universityโs commitment to fostering inclusive planning and strengthening partnerships, ultimately guiding the development of a resilient, adaptive, and future-ready campus.
