‼️FINAL NOTICE OF DEADLINE‼️
🔔TO ALL BUSINESS OWNERS AND OPERATORS🔔
This serves as the final notice that January 31, this Saturday, is the absolute deadline for the renewal of Business Permits and the payment of all corresponding local taxes, fees, and charges.
Please be advised that pursuant to Section 2F.04 and Section 2F.05 of our Local Revenue Code, all unpaid obligations after January 31 shall be subject to the imposition of a mandatory surcharge and accruing interest.
To facilitate compliance, the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) will be open for special operations this Saturday, January 31, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
📝Please bring all the required documents. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.

❓FAQ1: Nag Apply ko og Business Permit sa Enero pa pero kuwang akong kwarta mao nga sa Pebrero na siguro ko mubayad, naa ba koy penalty?
✅Ans: Yes naa kay penalty bisan pa og naka apply naka para sa Business Permit. Dapat mabayaran nimo ang imong mga bayrunon sulod lamang sa renewal period. Kay kung mulapas, matod pa sa Section 2F.04 og Section 2F.05 sa atong LRC, subject sa kini sa surcharge og interest.
❓FAQ2. Pila man d i ang Surcharge og Interest kung mauwahi na sa pag bayad?
✅Ans: Ingun sa atong LRC Section 2F.04, adunay 25% nga surcharge sa imong bayrunon nga wala pa mabayaran. Og ingun pod sa Section 2F.05, adunay 2% nga interest sa imong bayrunon nga kada bulan mag patung-patung taman nga imo kining mabayaran. Pero dili pwede kini muabot og 36 ka buwan.
❓FAQ3. Kanus a man gajud d i ang ting bayad sa Business Permit
✅Ans: Ang ting bayad sa Business Permit, kada permirong adlaw sa Enero taman sa ika-20 nga adlaw sa Enero. Pero ingun pod sa atong LRC Section 2F.03, ang Sangguniang Bayan, pwede mo hatag og extension sa renewal sa business nga dili mulapas sa 6 ka buwan kung adunay makatarunganong rason o hinungdan. Karong tuiga ang atong Sanggunian ning hatag og extension taman sa Enero 31, og sakto na kini para makuha ang mga gikinahanglang dokumento sa pag apply sa Business Permit.
❓FAQ3. Dako man akong mabayaran, unsa may remedyo ani nga makakuha ko og permit pero kuwangan man akong kwarta?
✅Ans: Pwede ka mag quarterly installment sa imong bayrunon. Ang 1st Quarter dapat nimong bayaran sa Enero 20 or sulod sa renewal period. Ang 2nd Quarter dapat mabayaran sa dili pa muabot ang ika 20 sa Abril. Ang 3rd Quarter sa dili pa muabot ang ika 20 sa July. Og ang 4th Quarter sa dili pa pod muabot ang ika 20 sa Oktobre. Atong pong timan an nga dapat mabayaran gajud ang matag quarter nga bayrunon sulod ani nga mga deadline aron sa pag likay pod sa surcharge og interest.
