๐จ Disaster Preparedness Week 2026 | July 13โ19, 2026
"Naghahanda at Kumikilos Tungo sa Panatag na Bagong Pilipinas."
As part of the 38th National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM) 2026, the Department of the Interior and Local Government Region V joins the nationwide observance of Disaster Preparedness Week by highlighting one of DILG's flagship initiatives in building resilient communitiesโOperation L!STO.
๐ What is Operation L!STO?
Operation L!STO is the DILG's disaster preparedness advocacy program designed to strengthen the readiness of Local Government Units (LGUs) through a whole-of-government approach. First launched in 2014 through its initial component, L!STONG Pamahalaang Lokal, the program institutionalized standardized local protocols for disaster preparedness and monitoring, enabling LGUs to anticipate, prepare for, and respond effectively to hazards.
