📢 LOOK | REGISTER ANYWHERE PROGRAM (RAP) SCHEDULE

Commission on Elections Region V invites the public to participate in the Register Anywhere Program (RAP) and avail of voter registration services at the following schedules:

📍 COMELEC V, Office of the Regional Election Director, Rawis, Legazpi City
📅 April 16–17, 2026 (Thursday–Friday)
⏰ 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

📍 SM Legazpi City
📅 April 18, 2026 (Saturday)
⏰ 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The following applications are accepted:
✔️ New Registration
✔️ Transfer of Registration
✔️ Change of Status / Correction of Entries
✔️ Reactivation

The Register Anywhere Program (RAP) is now ongoing for all qualified registrants except those from Legazpi City.

Important Reminders:
✅ Please bring at least one (1) valid government-issued ID
❌ The following are NOT accepted: Cedula, Barangay ID or Certificate, Company ID, and Police Clearance

Please be informed that the offices of the Commission on Elections Region V will be implementing Work From Home (WFH) arrangements on the following dates:

📅 April 6, 13, 20, and 27, 2026 (Mondays)

📌 During this period, in-person transactions will be accommodated from Tuesdays to Saturdays only.

🕗 Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

✅ Voter Certification
✅ Other Transactions

📍 We encourage everyone to plan your visits accordingly and utilize available online communication channels for inquiries and assistance.
