Respect Everyone
– Players, refs, and opponents.

No Commercial Players
– Only amateur players may participate. Professional and semi-professional players are strictly prohibited.

Residency Requirement
– Participation is open only to individuals who are verified residents of the barangay.

Exclusive Representation
– Players must represent their own barangay only. Representing another barangay in this tournament is not allowed.

Entry Fee Policy
– Each Team must pay the required entry fee before participating. No payment, no play.

Gi-pangunahan sa: SK/Kabataan Konseho nga miyembro sa matag Purok Apil ang tanang residente sa Purok

Tema: "Pagmata sa Katawhan: Katahum sa Purok pinaagi sa Kalikupan"

MGA KRITERIYA:
1. Kalinaw ug Kalimpyo sa Dekorasyon – 25%
* Hapsay ug limpyo tan-awon ang dekorasyon
* Wala’y hugaw nga nagtapok palibot

2. Kreatibidad ug Artistikong Pagpresentar – 25%
* Maanyag ug makalingaw nga disenyo
* Orihinal ug makapadani sa mata

3. Gamit sa Indigenous ug Recyclable Materials – 25%
* Kadaghanon ug ka-epektibo sa paggamit sa lokal ug marecylce nga materyales
