The General Services Office got the 3rd Place for the Best "Trick or Treat" Office Decorations today as part of the Halloween Celebrations of the Municipality. Kids wore their costumes and visited various offices/departments to witness the haunted ambiance and scary creatures prepared for them by the municipal employees. The employees also prepared candies and other freebies for the kiddos.
