• Open to all bona fide residents of Relocation Area (Malobago, Amore, Bañadero, Binitayan, Tagas, Budiao), ages 18 (this year) to 25 years old.
• A biological female at birth and;
• Physically fit and can compete during the pageant.
• Selected as ONE (1) OUT OF 8 Official Candidates during the screening process.

• Complete the registration details.
• Official candidates are required to attend photoshoot and rehearsal.
• During screening, applicants must wear black casual outfit.
• Applicants should not have two (2) or more titles in any pageant (Barangay, Municipal, Regional, or National).
• Deadline of submission of requirements is on March 7, 2026, 1:00 PM (Google Forms will be officially closed).
• Pageant segments include: Production, Cultural Attire, and Long Gown Competition.
• The Preliminary Q&A will determine the Top 5. Another set of questions will advance to the Top 3. The final question from the judges will determine the title and rank.
