Provincial Youth Development Office is created under the mandate of RA 10742 - SK Reform Law of 2015 as amended by RA 11768 and by virtue of Provincial Ordinance No. 0042-2025 Qualifications:
-15-17 โ€“ child youth (junior, senior high school, OSY)
-18-24 โ€“ core youth (college, young professionals, OSY)
-25-30 โ€“ adult youth (professionals, OSY)
-Service and focus oriented
-Has the passion in organi

zing the youth
-Can serve the community without pre-conditions
-Has the vision that the youth should have a place in the decision making process
-Has the drive of the youthfulness both in mind and in heart
-Preferably single (18 โ€“ 30 yrs old)
