2ND ROUND OF SPORTS CLINIC: SPIKE BALL! 🏐

After the successful Pickleball Training Program, Barangay Dap-Dap once again welcomes the Bicol University Institute of Physical Education, Sports and Recreation (BU IPESR) for another exciting sports clinic—this time featuring SPIKE BALL!

This continuing partnership aims to introduce our residents, especially the youth, to new and engaging sports while promoting active lifestyles, physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and camaraderie.

We are grateful to BU IPESR headed by Dr. Carina Sales for bringing its expertise and extension services closer to our community in partnership with Dap-Dap Barangay Council headed by Punong Bgy. Glenn J. Barcelon, and the Sangguniang Kabataan led by SK Chair Maxine Castillo. From Pickleball to Spike Ball, we continue to build a more active, healthy, and sports-oriented Barangay Dap-Dap!

We are thankful also to Coach Irish Atun, the very hardworking Extension Coordinator, and Coach Donald Daep for this new learning.

🙏 ANNUAL PILGRIMAGE TO OUR LADY OF PEÑAFRANCIA 🙏

The Barangay Council and Appointed Officials of Barangay Dap-Dap joined the annual pilgrimage of the Sto. Cristo Quasi-Parish to the National Shrine of Our Lady of Peñafrancia at the Basilica Minore in Naga City.

Led by our parish administrator, Rev. Fr. Jonnathan Calleja, and Punong Barangay Glenn J. Barcelon, the pilgrimage was a beautiful expression of our deep faith, devotion, and love for our Blessed Mother.

Together with our fellow parishioners, we offered our prayers and thanksgiving, seeking the guidance, protection, and blessings of Our Lady of Peñafrancia for our families, our parish, and the entire community of Barangay Dap-Dap.

May our pilgrimage strengthen our faith, deepen our unity, and inspire us to continue serving our community with love, humility, and compassion.

Viva La Virgen! 💙🙏
