2. Review the Nomination Guidelines
3. Complete the Nomination Form
4. Submit the accomplished Nomination Form to designated drop box.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1.Nominations are strictly open to residents of Barangay Estanza ONLY, and nominees must be residents of Barangay Estanza who have made a meaningful and positive impact within Barangay Estanza.
2. The nominator must also be a resident of Barangay Estanza. Nominations from non-residents shall not be accepted.
3.Nominations received after the given deadline shall not be accepted for evaluation.
4. After the given deadline and evaluation, the selected awardees will be notified to attend the awarding night.

The Barangay Council for the Protection of Children (BCPC), in partnership with the Sangguniang Kabataan and the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay 55โ€“Estanza, warmly invites all children ages 12โ€“17 years old to join the Barangay Children's Organization (BCO) Orientation and Registration.
