The Sangguniang Kabataan - Brgy. 12 Tula-Tula will be holding its 𝟑𝐑𝐃 𝐊𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐏𝐔𝐍𝐀𝐍 𝐍𝐆 𝐊𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐀𝐍 𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐋𝐘 on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Second Floor of the Barangay Multi-purpose Hall. We invite all 𝙆𝙆 𝙈𝙀𝙈𝘽𝙀𝙍𝙎 (youth residents) aged 𝟭𝟱-𝟯𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗹𝗱 to attend and actively participate in this important gathering.

As part of the 2026 Philippine Women’s Month Celebration with the theme “WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society,” the City Youth Development Office features 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗠𝗮. 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗮 𝗔. 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗮, 𝗦𝗞 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 of 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟮 – 𝗧𝘂𝗹𝗮-𝗧𝘂𝗹𝗮, in its online exhibit highlighting SK women leaders of Legazpi City.

Guided by this year’s sub-theme “Lead like the Babaylans, Filipinas!”, Louisa reminds young women that leadership is not defined by position but by the commitment to serve others, stand up for what is right, and inspire through one’s actions.

She encourages aspiring young leaders to believe in their voices, lead with purpose, and use their courage to empower other women to rise beyond their perceived limits and create meaningful change in their communities.

Through her leadership and service, Louisa represents the many young Filipina leaders who continue to inspire others to lead with heart and purpose.

𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐑𝐓❗️

A successful Year-End Gift Giving Activity was conducted by the 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧 – 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 12 𝐓𝐮𝐥𝐚-𝐓𝐮𝐥𝐚 for the children and selected indigent families of the barangay.

The activity included gift giving for children, as well as a house-to-house distribution of Media Noche packages. This initiative was carried out to promote the spirit of generosity, strengthen community solidarity, and help families welcome the New Year with hope and gratitude.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our sponsors, especially 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐦 𝐈𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥 and 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐨 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐢𝐧, for their unwavering support. We also sincerely thank 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐨𝐧 for the candies distributed to the children, which brought added joy to the celebration.

𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐑𝐓❗️

The 𝐊𝐢𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐦𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐜. concluded the year with a meaningful outreach activity for both the children and adults of Purok 4 on 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 30, 2025. The event was organized by the Barangay and Purok Kwatro Officials led by Sir 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐨, in partnership with the club under the leadership of Sir 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐞, while the 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐓𝐮𝐥𝐚-𝐓𝐮𝐥𝐚 served as the host of the program and facilitated the games.

The year-end activity aimed to bring joy and support to the entire community through the distribution of slippers, a wheelchair, and gifts, along with fun and engaging activities that made the celebration lively and memorable for everyone.

This successful initiative was made possible through the dedication and cooperation of the Purok Kwatro Officials, proud parents, Barangay and SK Officials and the Kiwanis Club of Cosmopolitan Inc., truly showcasing the strength of unity and the power of collective community teamwork.

• Player must be born in 2011.
• One (1) or both parents must be registered voters of the Barangay represented and must present the latest Voter's Certificate issued 2026.
• Guardian must present school records bearing the guardian's signature, or a notarized affidavit executed by the parents attesting that the child resides with the guardian.
• With duly signed Parental Consent and Waiver.
• Certified true copy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate must be presented during screening with one photocopy submitted.
• Maximum of fifteen (15) players per team.

The Sangguniang Kabataan - Brgy. 12 Tula-Tula remains steadfast in its commitment to promoting youth development through sports, recognizing its vital role in fostering discipline, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle among the youth.

In preparation for the upcoming 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫’𝐬 𝐂𝐮𝐩 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the Sangguniang Kabataan would like to inform the public that the tryouts for selecting players who will represent our barangay is put 𝐎𝐍 𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐃 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐍𝐎𝐖. This temporary hold is to allow the event organizers and committee to finalize and officially release the complete tournament guidelines and requirements.

The SK assures everyone that once the official guidelines are released, the tryouts will be immediately scheduled and conducted to ensure a transparent, organized, and standards-based selection of players who will represent the barangay.
