Ito ay bahagi ng patuloy na pagpapatupad ng Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) at ng proyektong Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) sa naturang bayan.

Ang seremonya ay pinangunahan ni Hon. Judge Jay M. Andes ng Municipal Trial Court (MTC) ng Rapu-rapu, katuwang si DARMO Rapu-rapu OIC-MARPO Carlo R. Panesa, ARPT John Paul A. Vibar, ARPT Alfred Jhun S. Balila, at TSS Julius O. Caballo.

๐’๐”๐‘๐•๐„๐˜ ๐๐€๐“๐‘๐Ž๐‹ | Umabot sa kabuuang 24.8682 ektarya ng lupaing agrikultural ang matagumpay na isinailalim sa subdivision surveys sa Barangay Nagotgot, Manito sa pangunguna ng Department of Agrarian Reform Municipal Office (DARMO) Manito.

Isinagawa ang tatlong araw na survey noong ika-12, 13, at 17 ng Agosto. Sakop nito ang Lot No. 1185 (4.6688 ha), Lot No. 1160 (1.2499 ha), Lot No. 1162 (1.8412 ha), Lot No. 1163 (2.5852 ha), Lot No. 1169 (12.0841 ha), at Lot No. 1129 (2.4390 ha).

Ang paghahati-hati ng mga lupaing nasa ilalim ng Collective Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CCLOAs) ay naglalayong magkaloob ng indibidwal na titulo sa mga agrarian reform beneficiaries upang patatagin ang seguridad sa kanilang pagmamay-ari.

Ang DARMO Manito ay pinamumunuan nina Municipal Agrarian Reform Program Officers (MARPOs) Renato Abache at Hilario Manzanades Jr., katuwang sina Agrarian Reform Program Technologists (ARPTs) Christian Henry Nobela at Jay Loria, at Technical Support Staff Joy Mariane D. Lorezana.

Sakop ng nasabing aktibidad ang Lot No. 1483 at Lot No. 1484 upang maisakatuparan ang pagkakaloob ng mga indibidwal na e-title sa mga agrarian reform beneficiaries sa mga susunod na hakbang.

Matagumpay na natapos ng survey contractor ang gawain sa pamumuno ni Municipal Agrarian Reform Program Officer (MARPO) Christian Confesor, katuwang sina Agrarian Reform Program Technologist Engr. Karen Boqueo-Bien at Technical Support Staff Cristian Bongon.

Nitong ika-10 ng Agosto, matapos ang pulong, agad na isinunod ang relocation at subdivision survey sa Brgy. Cabacongan para sa Lot No. 3095 (0.9263 ha), Lot No. 3094 (0.3203 ha), at Lot No. 3096 (0.1340 ha) na pakikinabangan ng anim na agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs).

Isang hiwalay na pulong-pulong din ang ginanap sa Brgy. Cawayan nitong ika-11 ng Agosto para talakayin ang iba pang lupaing nakatakdang isailalim sa kaparehong survey.

Dinaluhan ang mga aktibidad ng mga benepisyaryong magsasaka, ilang miyembro ng Barangay Council, at survey contractor sa pangunguna ng DARMO Malinao personnel na sina Agrarian Reform Program Technologist Nico S. Aรฑonuevo at Technical Support Staff Danica Casabuena.
