LAUREL, BATANGAS — To continuously elevate the standard of grassroots governance, the DILG Laurel Field Office, represented by OIC-MLGOO Julie Ann D. Lara-Albino, spearheads the 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 for all Barangay Secretaries in the municipality of Laurel on May 26, 2026 at Barangay Leviste, Laurel, Batangas.

Recognizing that Barangay Secretaries stand as the primary custodians of vital local records, the half-day session aims to standardize document preparation, institutionalize transparent recording systems, and reinforce accountability.

The DILG Laurel Field Office remains dedicated to fostering localized oversight mechanisms that eliminate administrative lapses and promote excellence in local governance. By protecting the integrity of our barangay records, we strengthen public trust and ensure efficient public service delivery for every Laureleño.

LAUREL, BATANGAS — The DILG Laurel Field Office, represented by OIC-MLGOO Julie Ann D. Lara-Albino, actively participated in the Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Coordinating Board Meeting held on May 25, 2026, at the Municipal Session Hall, Municipal Building, Laurel, Batangas.

As a key member of the coordinating board, the MLGOO works alongside with other members of the board to plan the implementation of local data collection strategies.

The DILG remains steadfast in its mandate to support local government units in institutionalizing mechanisms that foster transparent, efficient, and well-informed governance.
