OFFICIAL TURN-OVER OF ONE(1) UNIT EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE DEVELOPMENT CENTER (ECCDC).

For your information, everyone!

The ECCD Council is mandated by law to establish National Child Development Centers (NCDCs) and convert selected existing Day Care Centers into Child Development Centers;

The NCDC is a resource facility that will deliver the ECCD programs that tackle health, nutrition, early education and social services development programs for children ages zero (0) to four (4) years old in order to promote their optimum growth and development;

The NCDC building construction shall be funded by the ECCD Council as well as the NCDC contents such as furniture and fixtures, learning materials, story books, posters, musical instruments, arts and craft, hygiene, toilet and bath equipment, and many more.
