‎Here are 3 fast facts about this ancient symbol:

‎🧠⚡ MATH TRIVIA: Become a HUMAN CALCULATOR! 🤯

‎Did you know you can find some square roots without a calculator? 😱
‎All you need is a little logic + a few perfect squares!

‎First, memorize these:

‎1²=1 | 2²=4 | 3²=9 | 4²=16 | 5²=25
‎6²=36 | 7²=49 | 8²=64 | 9²=81 | 10²=100

‎Now let's solve:

‎🎯 Example: √4096 = ?

‎STEP 1️⃣ — SPLIT IT! ✂️
‎Separate the number into two parts:
‎👉 40 and 96

‎STEP 2️⃣ — FIND THE START! 🔎
‎"What perfect square is closest to 40 WITHOUT going over?"
‎6² = 36
‎7² = 49 ❌ too big!
‎So the square root starts with 6.
‎👉 Our answer is 6_

‎STEP 3️⃣ — FIND THE END! 🎯
‎The number √4096 ends in 6.

‎Which square numbers end in 6?
‎👉 4² = 16
‎👉 6² = 36
‎So our answer could be:
‎64 or 66 🤔

‎🧠 STEP 4 — THE DECISION TRICK! ⚡
‎Here's the secret!
‎Take the starting number 6 and multiply it by the next number, 7:
‎👉 6 × 7 = 42
‎Now compare 42 with the first part of our number:

Every great achievement begins with a single step, and every successful school year starts with a shared vision. On 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 • 𝟏:𝟑𝟎 𝐏𝐌, the 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕 𝑴𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒉 𝑪𝒍𝒖𝒃 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒓𝒔, together with the 𝑨𝒅𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑪𝒐-𝑨𝒅𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒔, for 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝒀𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕 was held at 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝟒𝟎𝟗, 𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐫, 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁. The meeting marked the official start of the organization's journey toward a productive and meaningful academic year.

Several important agenda items were discussed during the meeting, including the club's vision and goals for the school year, the roles and responsibilities of each officer, the proposed calendar of activities, upcoming programs and competitions, committee assignments, and other initiatives aimed at strengthening the organization and fostering students' interest and excellence in mathematics. Through active participation and collaborative discussions, the officers, adviser, and co-advisers laid the groundwork for a well-organized and successful year. 📚➗

As we embark on this new chapter, may this first meeting serve as the foundation for effective leadership, teamwork, and continuous growth. Together, we look forward to creating meaningful opportunities, achieving our goals, and making 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝒀𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕 a memorable and successful one for the Math Club. The Math Club successfully held its election of officers last March 13, 2027, marking the beginning of a new chapter for SY 2026–2027.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated Math teachers for their guidance and assistance in making this event possible.

Shaping the Future of the MATH Club: Officers’ Meeting and Project Planning for the Upcoming School Year 📚

Attended the Project MATH Club Notice of Meeting today where important plans for the future of the club were discussed. The agenda included reviewing the MATH Club Constitution and By-Laws, the election of officers for the upcoming school year 2026–2027, and several exciting projects such as Project MATH Club, Mathematics Month Celebration, Project SHARE, and Project SMART. Meetings like this remind us that mathematics is not only about numbers and formulas but also about leadership, teamwork, and building a community that encourages learning and growth. Looking forward to seeing how these plans will shape the club and inspire more students to appreciate the beauty and importance of mathematics. 📊📚✨
