SEPTEMBER | A SU***DE PREVENTION MONTH
Sometimes, the people who need help the most are the ones who find it hardest to ask. This Su***de Prevention Month, let’s remind one another that no one should have to face their struggles alone.
A simple “Kumusta ka?”, a listening ear, or simply staying beside someone can mean more than we realize. We may not always understand what someone is going through, but we can choose to listen without judgment, reach out with kindness, and remind them that they matter.
Let’s create a community where it is okay to speak, okay to ask for help, and okay to not be okay. Reach out. Listen. Support. Be there. Because sometimes, a little kindness can make someone feel less alone. 🫂
If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to a trusted adult, guidance counselor, teacher, family member, or mental health professional.
You matter. Your feelings matter. You are not alone. 🤍
